खड़गवां जनपद के ग्राम पंचायत कटकोना में ग्रामीणों ने लगाया है नायब तहसीलदार पर आरोप कहा न्यायालय के नियमों की अनदेखी कर की गई अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्यवाही।

आपको बता दें कि खड़गवां जनपद के अंतर्गत आने वाला ग्राम पंचायत काटकोना के ग्रामीणों ने लगाया है खड़गवां नायब तहसीलदार पर एक बड़ा आरोप ग्रामीणों की मानें तो नायब तहसीलदार ने अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाने के लिए जिस तरह से बुलडोजर चलवाई है यह गैर कानूनी है

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि अवैध अतिक्रमण को बचाने के एवज में नायब तहसीलदार ने उनसे पैसों की मांग की थी जिसमें कुछ पैसे ग्रामीणों ने नायब तहसीलदार को दिया था लेकिन बाकी की रकम देने में देर होने के कारण नायब तहसीलदार ने अवैध अतिक्रमण को बिना किसी नोटिस के गिरा दिया

ग्रामीण इस मामले को लेकर न्यायालय तक पहुंच चुके हैं ग्रामीणों की तरफ से मामले की पैरवी करने वाले वकील ने बताया कि नायब तहसीलदार ने विधि के नियमों से हटकर कार्य किया है।


विधि के नियमानुसार नायब तहसीलदार की यह कार्यवाही नियम से विरुद्ध दिखाई दे रही है,अब नायब तहसीलदार की यह कार्यवाही कितनी सही और कितनी गलत यह तो जांच का विषय है लेकिन ग्रामीणों की माने तो कुल 12 परिवारों का आशियाना लुट चुका है और वह भी तब जब जिले में जबरदस्त ठंड पड़ रही है।
