*विद्यालय के पंखे ख़राब ओर लग रहे है जगह जगह मकड़ी के जाले*

मामला है मंडावर संकुल केंद्र के शासकीय हाई स्कूल ढाबला का


आपको बता दे कि राजगढ़ जिले के मंडावर संकुल केंद्र के तहत आने वाले शासकीय हाई स्कूल ढाबला में

विद्यालय में जिम्मेदार वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की अनदेखी के चलते ढाबला हाई स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को कई समस्याओं के बीच अध्ययन करना पड़ रहा है,

आपको बता दे कि राजगढ़ पूर्व कलेक्टर नीरज कुमार सिंह द्वारा आदेश दिया गया था कि सभी विद्यालय भवन रंगाई पुताई व साफ सफाई करना अनिवार्य है लेकिन कलेक्टर महोदय का आदेश भी नही चल पाया ,ओर अब विद्यालय के भवन रंगाई पुताई का ठिकाना भी नही है

रंगाई पुताई व स्कूल का नाम भी ठीक से नही लिखवा पा रहे है,

ऐसे में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की अनदेखी साफ़ नज़र आ रही है,आपको बता दे कि गांव से लेकर विद्यालय तक कि दूरी भी लगभग एक किलोमीटर से अधिक है लेकिन रास्ते का भी बुरा हाल है,इस कारण बारिश के दिनों में बच्चों एवं शिक्षकों को स्कूल जाने में बहुत परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है,

इधर बात की जाए विद्यालय की सफाई व अन्य कामो की तो बजट नही होने के कारण विद्यालय के परिसर की  सफाई और रंगाई पुताई नही हो पा रही है,

आपको बता दे कि जिले में अधिकांश स्कूलों में बेहतर कार्य चल रहा है और प्रतिवर्ष रंगाई पुताई व अन्य गतिविधियों एवं साफ सफाई का कार्य बेहतर चल रहा है,तो फिर बजट का तो कोई सवाल ही नही उठता है,

कही न कही स्कूल के बजट को बिगाड़ में किसी न किस अधिकारी का सांठगांठ तो नजर आ रहा है,

अब देखना होगा कि इस स्कूल में कब बजट आता है और रंगाई पुताई कब होती है,

    कन्नौज बारिश से पहले सड़को पर वह गए करोड़ो रुपए सड़को पर काम हुआ या नही हुआ।लेकिन मरम्मत के नाम पर करोड़ो रुपए जरूर खर्च हो गए इसके बाद भी गड्डायुक्त सड़को से निजात न मिली।पिछली साल 15 जून तक सड़को को दुरस्त कराया गया था।जो बारिश के पहले ही बदहाल हो गयी थी ।लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा व मंडी समिति द्वारा और वह जिमेदार कार्यदायी संस्था द्वारा मरम्मती करण के नाम पर करोड़ो रुपए पास कराए गये थे यदि जिम्मेदारों द्वारा 100 फीसद काम हुआ होता तो बारिश से पहले सड़को की यह दशा न होती फिर से गड्डा युक्त सड़को का सर्वे शुरू हो गया ।रोड़ो के निर्माण से संबंधित -क्या कार्यदायी संस्था इतनी लापरवाह हो सकती है आपने कभी सोंचा नही होगा अगर सोंचा भी होगा तो सायद देखा नही होगा हम जनपद की तीनों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की इन तस्वीरों को आपकी टेलीविजन स्क्रीन पर दिखा रहे है कन्नौज ,उमर्दा,और छिबरामऊ विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की और आप इन तस्वीरों को देख कर अंदाजा लगाए आख़िर इन तस्वीरों के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों पर कार्यवाही क्यो नही होती।यह उदाहरण बताने के लिए काफी है कि सड़कों की इस दुर्दशा के लिए कोई एक विभाग को जिम्मेदार नही ठहराया जा सकता है लोकनिर्माण ,मंडी समिति से लेकर हर वह कार्यदायी संस्था जिम्मेदार है जो इन सड़कों के रख रखाव की जिम्मेदारी रखती है ।आये अब लोगो की जुबानी भी सुन लेते है

    2-जिला पंचायत--20 किलोमीटर--1.23 करोड़

    4--नगर पालिका छिबरामऊ--10 लाख
    5--नगर पालिका गुरसहायगंज--11 लाख
    6--नगर पंचायत तिर्वा--22 किलोमीटर 40 लाख
    7--नगर पंचायत समधन--12 सड़क 2.95 लाख
    8--नगर पंचायत तालग्राम--10 लाख
    9--नगर पंचायत सिकंदरपुर--16 लाख
