    വിമതസ്ത്രീകളുടെ ജനനേന്ദ്രിയത്തിലേക്ക് വെടിയുതിര്‍ക്കാന്‍ സൈന്യത്തിന് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കി വീണ്ടും വിവാദം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ് പ്രസിഡന്റ്. ജനനേന്ദ്രിയമില്ലെങ്കില്‍ സ്ത്രീകള്‍ ഉപയോഗശൂ്യമാണെന്നും പ്രസിഡന്റ്
    തന്റെ നിലപാടുകളെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളെ പരസ്യമായി അപമാനിച്ച് നിശ്ശബ്ദരാക്കുന്നത് റോഡ്രിഗോ ഡ്യൂട്ടര്‍ട്ടെയുടെ പതിവ് രീതിയാണ്. പ്രശ്നക്കാരെന്നു തോന്നുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളെ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ സൈന്യത്തിന് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയ റോഡ്രിഗോയുടെ നടപടി നേരത്തെ ഏറെ വിവാദമായിരുന്നു.
