नगर मधील क्रीडा संघटना आणि क्रीडापटूंचे प्रश्न मी मार्गी लावून देतो. तुम्हाला मुंबईला, पुण्याला बैठकीसाठी बोलणार नाही. येत्या आठ दिवसात मी पुन्हा नगरला येणार. जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हा क्रीडाधिकारी तुम्ही फाईल काढून ठेवा. आपल्याला शहरातील क्रीडा क्षेत्राचे प्रश्न सोडवायचे आहेत. असे फर्मानच राज्याचे क्रीडा कॅबिनेट मंत्री ना. सुनील केदार यांनी क्रीडा संघटना, क्रीडापटूंचा बैठकीत काढले.

शहर काँग्रेसचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष किरण काळे यांच्या वाढदिवसानिमित्त काल महसूल मंत्री ना. बाळासाहेब थोरात, क्रीडा मंत्री ना. सुनील केदार हेलिकॉप्टरने नगर शहरात दुपारी दाखल झाले. काळे यांच्या पुढाकारातून नगर शहरातील विविध क्रीडा संघटना, क्रीडापटू, क्रीडा प्रशिक्षक, क्रीडा शिक्षक यांच्या विविध प्रश्नांवर बैठकीचे आयोजन सावेडीच्या कोहिनूर मंगल कार्यालयात करण्यात आले होते. यावेळी ना. केदार बोलत होते.

बैठकीचे प्रास्ताविक करताना क्रीडा क्षेत्राचे प्रश्न मांडताना किरण काळे म्हणाले की, वाडिया पार्क सारखे विस्तीर्ण मैदान शहरामध्ये ना.थोरात यांच्या पुढाकारातून उभे राहिलं. मात्र काळाच्या ओघात त्यावर सोयी-सुविधांचा अभाव निर्माण झाला आहे. या मैदानावर आम्हाला सिंथेटिक ट्रॅक करून पाहिजे. कबड्डी, लॉन टेनिससाठी सिंथेटिक मैदान पाहिजेत.

    महिला आयोग की सदस्या ने जिला महिला चिकित्सालय का किया निरीक्षण

    सीतापुर के दौरे पर आयी महिला आयोग की सदस्या ने राजकीय बालिका छात्रावास और जिला महिला चिकित्सालय का निरीक्षण करने के बाद वहां की खामियों पर नाराजगी जाहिर की और इन खामियों को जल्द दूर करने के कड़े निर्देश दिए। महिला आयोग की सदस्या ने महिला अस्पताल में मरीजों से वहां की सुविधाओं के बाबत जानकारी हासिल की,जिसमे मरीजों और तीमारदारों उन्हें मेडिकल स्टॉफ के व्यवहार और अस्पताल की सुविधाओं के बारें में शिकायत दर्ज करायी।महिला आयोग की सदस्या ने सीएमएस को कड़े निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इन कमियों को फ़ौरन दूर किया जाए यदि अगले निरीक्षण में इन कमियों को दोबारा पाया गया तो किसी भी कीमत पर इसे बर्दाशत नहीं किया जाएगा और सम्बंधित लोगों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही के लिए शासन को लिखा जायेगा। महिला आयोग की सदस्य ने इससे पहले लोक निर्माण विभाग के गेस्ट हाउस में महिला हिन्सा से जुड़े मामलों की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में महिला आयोग की सदस्या ने अधिकारियों को महिला उत्पीड़न से जुड़े मामलों का तेजी से निस्तारण और ऐसे मामलों में दोषियों पर प्रभावी कार्यवाही करने के लिए जरूरी निर्देश भी दिये। आयोग की सदस्या सुनीता बंसल ने बताया कि पूरे प्रदेश में महिला आयोग द्वारा 25 सदस्यीय टीम का गठन किया गया हैं और सभी को तीन तीन जिलों का प्रभार दिया गया हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस को इस बात के खास निर्देश दिये जा रहे हैं कि महिला सम्बन्धी अपराध को रोकने के लिए प्रभारी कार्यवाही की जाये।

    ഒരാളെ കളിയാക്കി എന്നതിനെക്കാൾ അയാൾക്കു നേരെയുള്ള ആക്രമണമായി പരിഗണിച്ച് കേസെടുക്കണമെന്നാണ് നിയമവിദഗ്ധരും അഭിപ്രായപ്പെടുന്നത്



    സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ അധിക്ഷേപവും ആക്രമണവും നടത്തുന്നവരും നടത്താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവരുമൊക്കെ സൂക്ഷിച്ചോ; കേസെടുത്താൽ ചുമത്തുന്നത് ശക്തമായ വകുപ്പുകൾ


    സൈബർ കേസുകളിൽ ശക്തമായ നടപടിയെടുക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ . അങ്ങനെയെങ്കില്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ പ്രതികളാകുന്നവർക്ക് പരമാവധി ശിക്ഷതന്നെ ലഭിച്ചേക്കും.ഒരാളെ കളിയാക്കി എന്നതിനെക്കാൾ അയാൾക്കു നേരെയുള്ള ആക്രമണമായി പരിഗണിച്ച് കേസെടുക്കണമെന്നാണ് നിയമവിദഗ്ധരും അഭിപ്രായപ്പെടുന്നത്. ഉപജീവനത്തിന് മീൻ വിൽപ്പന നടത്തിയതിന്റെ പേരിൽ സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളുടെ അധിക്ഷേപത്തിനും ആക്രമണത്തിനും ഇരയായ ഹനാൻ എന്ന പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ കാര്യത്തിലും കേസിൽ പ്രതി ചേർക്കപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് പരമാവധി ശിക്ഷയാകും ലഭിക്കുക.ഇന്ത്യൻ ശിക്ഷാ നിയമം 509-ാം വകുപ്പും പോലീസ് ആക്ട് 120(ഒ) പ്രകാരവുമാണ് സൈബർ അധിക്ഷേപത്തിനും ആക്രമണത്തിനും എതിരേ കേസെടുക്കാവുന്നത്. കൂടാതെ ഐ.ടി. ആക്ട് 67-ാം വകുപ്പും ചുമത്താം. ഐ.ടി. ആക്ട് 67-ാം വകുപ്പുകൂടിയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മൂന്നു വർഷം വരെ തടവും അഞ്ചു ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ പിഴയും ലഭിക്കാം.

    സാമൂഹിക മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെയുള്ള അധിക്ഷേപങ്ങളിൽ അത് തയ്യാറാക്കിയവർക്കൊപ്പം പങ്കുവെച്ചവർക്കും ലൈക്ക് നൽകിയവർക്കും കുറ്റത്തിൽ തുല്യപങ്കാണ് വകുപ്പുകളിൽ പറയുന്നത്.

    പോസ്റ്റ് പിന്നീട് പിൻവലിച്ചാലും ക്ഷമ പറഞ്ഞാലും കുറ്റം ഇല്ലാതാകുന്നില്ലെന്നും നിയമവിദഗ്ധർ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു. ആൾക്കൂട്ടക്കൊലകൾപോലെ ഇത്തരം സൈബർ ആക്രമണങ്ങളെയും കാണണമെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.പരാതി ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽപ്പോലും ഇത്തരം സംഭവങ്ങളിൽ പോലീസിന് കേസെടുക്കാം. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയെയും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയെയുമൊക്കെ സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ അധിക്ഷേപിച്ചാൽ കേസെടുക്കുന്നതുപോലെ പൗരൻമാർക്കെതിരായ ആക്ഷേപങ്ങളിലും കേസെടുക്കാമെന്നാണ് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്.


    പരാതി നൽകാൻ ഏതു പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനെയും സമീപിക്കാം.
