राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में लंबित मुकदमों का किया गया निस्तारण
राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के तत्वावधान में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण कौशाम्बी द्वारा जनपद न्यायालय परिसर में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें बैंक ऋण ,बैंको की वसूली,पारिवारिक मामले ,मोटर बीमा, दुर्घटना बीमा आदि से संबंधित मामलो का निस्तारण सुलह समझौते के आधार पर किया गया,लोक अदालत में ऐसे पुराने मामले जिसमे त्वरित निर्णय नही मिल पाता है उनका निस्तारण सुलह समझौते के आधार पर किया गया।पारिवारिक मामले भी इसमें निस्तारित किये गए जिसमे पति पत्नी को समझा बुझा कर वापस उनको साथ रहने के लिए भी कहा जाता है ।जनपद न्यायाधीश सुरेंद्र पाल जी ने बताया कि इस लोक अदालत में सुलह समझौते के आधार पर मामलो को निस्तारित किया जाता है और इस बार हमारा लगभग दो हज़ार मामलो के निस्तारण का लक्ष्य निर्धारित है।अपर जनपद न्यायाधीश दिनेश पाल यादव जी ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में उन तमाम मामलो का निस्तारण किया जाता है जो कि न्यायालय में बहुत दिनों तक चलते है पर निस्तारित नही हो पाते एवम एक महत्वपुर्ण बात भी उन्होंने बताई की मोटर दुर्घटना प्रतिकर का मामला आता है जिसमें कई कई सालों तक मुकदमा चलता है जबकि पीड़ित को तात्कालिक सहायता की आवश्यकता होती है उनके लिए यह लोक अदालत बहुत ही फायदेमंद साबित होती है यहां उन्हें त्वरित न्याय मिल जाता है।

लखनऊ । चाचा और भतीजे में छिड़ी जंग, मनुमुटाव और पार्टी में लगातार हो रही अपनी उपेक्षा को देखते हुए शिवपाल सिंह यादव ने आज समाजवादी पार्टी छोड़ने का ऐलान करते हुए समाजवादी सेक्युलर मोर्चा बनाने की घोषणा कर दी है । इससे पहले शिवपाल यादव ने आज सुबह सपा संस्थापक मुलायम सिंह यादव से इस बाबत फोन पर की बातचीत की । इसके बाद वे वे मुलायम सिंह से मिलने उनके आवास पर पहुंचे ।
मुलायम सिंह से मुलाकात के बाद शिवपाल सिंह यादव ने सपा छोड़ते हुए समाजवादी सेक्युलर मोर्चा बनाने का ऐलान कर दिया । गौरतलब है कि सपा की पूर्व प्रदेश प्रवक्ता पखुड़ी पाठक पार्टी में दम घुटने की बात कहते हुए दो दिन पहले ही इस्तीफा दे चुकी हैं
