    മാസം ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞത് 150 കോടി രൂപ എന്നതോതിൽ 1500 കോടി കിട്ടുമെന്നാണ് ധനവകുപ്പിന്റെ പ്രതീക്ഷ

    മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ദുരിതാശ്വാസനിധിയിലേക്ക് സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ സാലറി ചലഞ്ചിലൂടെ ഇതുവരെയെത്തിയത് 400 കോടി രൂപ.കഴിഞ്ഞമാസം ഒറ്റത്തവണയായി നൽകിയതുൾപ്പെടെ 300 കോടിരൂപയാണ് കിട്ടിയത്. ഈ മാസം ഇതുവരെ 100 കോടിരൂപ ലഭിച്ചു. ഇനിയും 75 കോടിയിൽപ്പരം രൂപ ലഭിക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ.അറുപതുശതമാനം പേരാണ് സാലറി ചലഞ്ചിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തത്. ഇവരിൽ പത്തുശതമാനം പേരെങ്കിലും ഇതിൽനിന്ന് പിൻവാങ്ങാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്നാണ് വിലയിരുത്തൽ. എന്നാലും മാസം ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞത് 150 കോടി രൂപ എന്നതോതിൽ 1500 കോടി കിട്ടുമെന്നാണ് ധനവകുപ്പിന്റെ പ്രതീക്ഷ. സാലറി ചലഞ്ചിൽനിന്ന് കൂടുതൽ ജീവനക്കാരെ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ പ്രതിപക്ഷസംഘടനകളും ശ്രമം തുടങ്ങി.
    സമ്മതപത്രം നൽകിയവരിൽനിന്നുമാത്രമേ ശമ്പളം ഈടാക്കാവൂ എന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയും സുപ്രീംകോടതിയും നിർദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതിനുശേഷം ഒരുവിഭാഗം ജീവനക്കാർ പിൻവാങ്ങാനൊരുങ്ങുന്നത് സർക്കാരിന് ആശങ്കയുണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. സാലറി ചലഞ്ച് തുടങ്ങിയ ഒക്ടോബറിൽ 2.88 ലക്ഷം പേരാണ് ഒറ്റത്തവണയോ പത്തുഗഡുക്കളായോ ശമ്പളം നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറായത്. പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ വിസമ്മതിച്ചവരൊഴികെ എല്ലാവരിൽനിന്നും സർക്കാർ ശമ്പളം പിടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇനി കോടതിവിധിയനുസരിച്ച് സമ്മതപത്രം നൽകുന്നവരിൽനിന്നുമാത്രമേ ശമ്പളം പിടിക്കാനാവൂ. കഴിഞ്ഞമാസം പങ്കെടുത്തവർക്ക് പിന്മാറാം. പുതുതായി ആളുകൾക്ക് സമ്മതപത്രം നൽകി ചേരുകയുമാവാം. സംഘടനകളുടെ സമ്മർദം കാരണം നേരത്തെ ചേർന്നവരിൽ ഒരു വിഭാഗം പിൻവാങ്ങാനുള്ള ഒരുക്കത്തിലാണ്. ഇനിയും നൽകാത്തവരിൽനിന്ന്‌ സമ്മതപത്രം വാങ്ങാൻ ഭരണാനുകൂല യൂണിയനുകൾ തീവ്രശ്രമം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നവംബർ 20-നകം ഇവരിൽനിന്ന് സമ്മതപത്രം വാങ്ങി ശമ്പളം ഈടാക്കാനാണ് സംഘടനകളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ശ്രമം.
