ഇനി സെല്‍ഫി എടുത്താല്‍ 2000 രൂപ പിഴ

റെയില്‍വേ സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകളിലും പരിസരത്തും റെയില്‍ പാളങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സമീപവുo മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണില്‍ സെല്‍ഫിയെടുക്കുന്നതിന് റെയില്‍വേ ബോര്‍ഡ് നിരോധനo ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തി.


ആളുകളുടെ സെല്‍ഫി ഭ്രമം പലപ്പോഴും വലിയ അപകടങ്ങളിലെക്കാണ്
വഴിവെച്ചിടുള്ളത്. സെല്‍ഫിയും അതിനെ ചുറ്റിപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള അപകടങ്ങളും വര്‍ധിച്ചു വരുന്ന പശ്ചാത്തലത്തില്‍ റെയില്‍വേ സ്റ്റേഷനുകളില്‍ ഇനി സെല്‍ഫി വേണ്ടെന്ന് റെയില്‍വേ ഉത്തരവിറക്കിയത്. നിയമം ലംഘിക്കുന്നവരില്‍ നിന്ന് 2,000 രൂപ പിഴ ഈടാക്കും. ഈ നിയമം വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച മുതല്‍ പ്രാബല്യത്തിലായെന്ന് അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകള്‍ മലിനമാക്കുന്നവരില്‍ നിന്ന് 500 രൂപ പിഴ ഈടാക്കാനും തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

വിവിധ സന്നദ്ധ സംഘടനകളുടെ സഹകരണത്തോടെ സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകള്‍ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് ബോധവത്കരണ പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നും റെയില്‍വേ അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു.

യാത്രക്കാരുടെ സുരക്ഷ കൂടുതല്‍ ഉറപ്പാക്കാന്‍ പുതിയ പദ്ധതികള്‍ റെയില്‍വേ കൈക്കൊണ്ടുരിക്കുവാണ്.. അതിന്റെ ചുവടുപിടിച്ചാണ് സെല്ഫി നിരോധനവും ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാത്രക്കാരുടെ സുരക്ഷ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടു സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലും കോച്ചുകളിലും സിസിടിവി ക്യാമറകള്‍ സ്ഥാപിക്കാന്‍ റെയില്‍വേ നേരത്തെ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നു. 6,500 സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ട്രെയിനുകളിലുമാണ് ആദ്യ ഘട്ടത്തില്‍ ക്യാമറ സ്ഥാപിക്കുക.     ലോകാരോഗ്യ സംഘടനയുടെ കണക്കുകൾപ്രകാരം 12 ലക്ഷം ആളുകളാണ് വാഹനാപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെടുന്നത്.
    ഇതിൽ 94 ശതമാനം അപകടങ്ങളും ഡ്രൈവർമാരുടെ അശ്രദ്ധകൊണ്ടാണ് സംഭവിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് പഠനങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ പഠനങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരം യു.എ.ഇ.യിലെ 74 ശതമാനം ഡ്രൈവർമാരും വാഹനമോടിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിൽ മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവരാണ്. വാഹനങ്ങളോടിക്കുന്ന വീഡിയോദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാമിൽ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നവരും കരുതിയിരുന്നോളു. 800 ദിർഹം പിഴയും നാല് ബ്ലാക്ക് പോയന്റുമാണ്. ഡ്രൈവ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ സെൽഫി സ്റ്റിക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുക, ഷീഷ വലിക്കുക, ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുകയോ വെള്ളം കുടിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുക, മേക്ക് അപ്പ് ചെയ്യുക, കണ്ണാടിയിൽ നോക്കി മുടിയൊതുക്കുക എന്നീ പ്രവർത്തികളെല്ലാം എണ്ണൂറ് ദിർഹം പിഴയും നാല് ബ്ലാക്ക് പോയന്റും ലഭിക്കുന്ന നിയമലംഘനമാണ്.
