പുതിയ കാലത്തിന്റെ രോഗമാണ് പിസിഒഡി



ഓവുലേഷന്‍ അഥവാ അണ്ഡവിസര്‍ജനം പാതി വഴിയില്‍ നിന്നു പോകുന്നതു മൂലം അണ്ഡാശയത്തില്‍ മുഴകള്‍ രൂപപ്പെടുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് പിസിഒഡി അഥവാ പോളിസിസ്റ്റിക് ഒവേറിയന്‍ ഡിസീസ്. ആര്‍ത്തവ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങള്‍, വന്ധ്യത, അമിത രോമവളര്‍ച്ച, അമിതവണ്ണവും അനുബന്ധ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളും ഒക്കെയാണ് PCOD യുടെ ലക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍.രോഗനിര്‍ണയം കൃത്യതയോടെ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സഹായിക്കുന്ന പരിശോധനകള്‍ ഉണ്ട്.ചികിത്സ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നത് ഓരോ വ്യക്തികളുടെയും രോഗാവസ്ഥയും ലക്ഷണങ്ങളും ഒക്കെ വിലയിരുത്തിയതിനു ശേഷമാണ്. ശരീരഭാരം കുറക്കുന്നത് ഈ അവസ്ഥയില്‍ മാറ്റമുണ്ടാക്കും. കൂടാതെ ഇതിനായി മരുന്നുകള്‍ കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അവ കൂടുതല്‍ ഫലപ്രദമാവുകയും ചെയ്യും. കൃത്യമായ ഒവുലേഷന്‍ ഇല്ലാത്തവരില്‍ സര്‍ജറി ഉപയോഗിക്കാറുണ്ട്. താക്കോല്‍ദ്വാര മാര്‍ഗ്ഗം വഴി ഓവറികളില്‍ ചെറിയ സുഷിരങ്ങള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.വിവാഹം PCOD യുടെ ചികിത്സയായി കരുതരുത്.
