The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Friday held key interest rates and maintained an accommodative stance amid uncertainty over the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic's second wave. RBI lowered the country's growth forecast for FY22 by a percentage point to 9.5% in view of the uncertainties created by the COVID second wave.
