पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री डॉ रमन सिंह ने सरकार पर लगाए आरोप -
कोरोना से मौत के आंकड़ों में गड़बड़ी कर साजिश रचने का लगाया आरोप -
एक्स सीएम डॉ रमन ने कहा, कोरोना से पीड़ित व्यक्तियों के आंकड़े जो की स्वास्थ्य विभाग जारी करता है और जो मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निगम जारी करता है उसमे बड़ा फर्क देखने को मिल रहा है - कहा जा सकता है ,, विभाग आंकड़े छुपा रहा है,

मई में 693 मौत की जानकारी दी गई जबकि रायपुर नगर निगम ने 3972 मौत के आंकड़े है इसमें 3318 का बड़ा फर्क है

जनवरी से लेकर मई 5 माह में मौत के आंकड़े ,,, जिसमे 2377 स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आंकड़े और डेथ सर्टिफिकेट 7709 निगम ने बांटा है,,, इस आंकड़े में 5 हजार से अधिक झोल सामने है

2020 में मौत के सरकारी आंकड़े 9500 थे जबकि 2021 ये 7500 डेथ सर्टिफिकेट जारी हुए है

इन आंकड़ों में भी पूरा गड़बड़ झाला दिख रहा

उन्होंने मांग करते हुए कहा, कि आंकड़ों की गड़बड़ी में विभाग का मत आना चाहिए

उन्होंने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा, मौत के आंकड़ों में जो विसंगति है वह पहले नही दिखी, फिर आज क्यों,,???

    Biography of C V Raman:-

    Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman was born at Trichinopoly in Southern India on November 7th, 1888. His father was a lecturer in mathematics and physics so that from the first he was immersed in an academic atmosphere. He entered Presidency College, Madras, in 1902, and in 1904 passed his B.A. examination, winning the first place and the gold medal in physics; in 1907 he gained his M.A. degree, obtaining the highest distinctions.

    His earliest researches in optics and acoustics - the two fields of investigation to which he has dedicated his entire career - were carried out while he was a student.

    Since at that time a scientific career did not appear to present the best possibilities, Raman joined the Indian Finance Department in 1907; though the duties of his office took most of his time, Raman found opportunities for carrying on experimental research in the laboratory of the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science at Calcutta (of which he became Honorary Secretary in 1919).

    In 1917 he was offered the newly endowed Palit Chair of Physics at Calcutta University, and decided to accept it. After 15 years at Calcutta he became Professor at the Indian Institute of Science at Bangalore (1933-1948), and since 1948 he is Director of the Raman Institute of Research at Bangalore, established and endowed by

    November 7, 2013 is the 125th birth anniversary of one of India's most prominent scientists CV Raman and Google has highlighted on its India home page the work for which the physicist won a Nobel. The postage-stamp-like Google doodle celebrating CV Raman's birthday has Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman's (his full name) face appearing behind the letter G and on the adjacent stamp to the right the other letters in the Google logo demonstrate the Raman effect.

    It was in 1928 that he discovered the phenomenon now called Raman scattering that is the result of the Raman effect.

    Definition of Raman effect on Encyclopedia Britinnica: When a beam of light traverses a dust-free, transparent sample of a chemical compound, a small fraction of the light emerges in directions other than that of the incident (incoming) beam. Most of this scattered light is of unchanged wavelength. A small part, however, has wavelengths different from that of the incident light; its presence is a result of the Raman effect. Raman was knighted by the British monarch in 1929. He received the Nobel Prize for Physics in 1930, becoming the second Indian Nobel laureates after Rabindranath Tagore. In 1933 CV Raman joined the Indian Institute of Science, at Bangalore and headed of the department of physics. He was named director of the Raman Research Institute in 1947.
