    തൊഴിലിടങ്ങളിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്കനുസരിച്ച് സ്വയംസമ്പാിക്കാനും സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക് പഠിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞുവത്രെ.റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പ്രകാരം 2013നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് 2015ല്‍ തൊഴിലിടങ്ങളിലെ സ്ത്രീ പുര്ഷാനുപാദം ഏകദേശം തുല്യതയിലെത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.സ്ത്രീതൊഴിലാളികള്‍ കൂടുതലുള്ളത് രാജസ്ഥാനിലാണ് 31 ശത്മാനം.ആന്ധ്ര കര്‍ണാടക സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങള്‍ തൊട്ടുപിന്നിലുണ്ട്.കേരളം ആദ്യ 10ലിടം നേടിയിട്ടില്ല.
    സ്വകാര്യ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ പുരുഷന്മാരെക്കാള്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രാധാന്യം സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്കുണ്ട്. 309 പുരുഷന്മാര്‍ക്ക് 658 സ്്രീ എന്നതാണ് കണക്ക്
