റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്കിന്റെ വരുമാനത്തിന്‍റെ 75 ശതമാനം സര്‍ക്കാരിന്

റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ച് വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടെ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് 2.5 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപ നല്‍കിയെന്ന് സിഎജി

വരുമാനത്തിന്‍റെ 75 ശതമാനമാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് കെെമാറിയത്. കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ ഫിനാന്‍സ് അക്കൗണ്ട് പരിശോധിച്ച ശേഷം സിഎജിയാണ് ഇത് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്.റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ വരുമാനം, ചെലവ്, ബാക്കി വരുന്ന തുക എന്നിവയാണ് സിഎജി വിശകലനം ചെയ്തത്. പരിശോധനയില്‍ 2013-14 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ 2017-18 വരെയുള്ള റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ വരുമാനം 3.3 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയാണ്. ഇതില്‍ നിന്ന് 2.48 ലക്ഷം കോടിയാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് നല്‍കിയത്.2015-16 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തിലാണ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതല്‍ തുക കെെമാറിയത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളിലെ കണക്ക് പ്രകാരം മിച്ചമുള്ള തുകയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഓരോ വര്‍ഷവും ശരാശരി 65,000 കോടി രൂപയാണ് റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് നല്‍കിയത്. മറ്റ് രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ തുക കരുതല്‍ ധനമായി സൂക്ഷിക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഇക്കാര്യം ഉന്നയിച്ച് ഇനിയും കൂടുതല്‍ തുക ആര്‍ബിഐ നല്‍കണമെന്ന് അടുത്തയിടെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇടയാക്കിയിരുന്നു.
