The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi will address Doctors on National Doctors Day tomorrow, 1st July, 2021 at 3 PM.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, "India is proud of the efforts of all doctors in fighting COVID-19. 1st July is marked as National Doctors Day. At 3 PM tomorrow, will address the doctors community at a programme organised by IMA India."

    श्री बालाजी एक्शन मेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट एंड एक्शन कैंसर हॉस्पिटल द्वारा डॉक्टरों का सम्मान।
    इस महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर डॉक्टरों के काम, सेवा और योगदान की हुई सराहना.
    1-जुलाई-2023- राष्ट्रीय डॉक्टर दिवस के अवसर पर डॉक्टरों के काम उनकी सेवा और योगदान को मान्यता देते हैं। डॉक्टरों की जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को ध्यान में रखते हुए 1 जुलाई 2023 को राष्ट्रीय डॉक्टर दिवस मनाया जाता है। विश्व महामारी कोरोनावायरस संकट के समय डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों के समर्पण और महत्वपूर्ण योगदान और उनके प्रति सम्मान व्यक्त करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। इस बार श्री बालाजी एक्शन मेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट एंड एक्शन कैंसर हॉस्पिटल की तरफ से सिटी पार्क ग्रीन रिजॉर्ट, राज दरबार हॉल, जीटी करनाल रोड अलीपुर, न्यू दिल्ली में डॉक्टरों को उनके कार्य एवं महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को लेकर सम्मानित किया गया।
    श्री बालाजी एक्शन मेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट एंड एक्शन कैंसर हॉस्पिटल ने बताया कि डॉक्टर्स का हमारे जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहता है चाहे वह बच्चे के जन्म की देखभाल हो या फिर स्वस्थ लाइफस्टाइल जीने की सलाह और किसी बीमारी का उपचार हो डॉक्टर अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान निभाते हैं, हमें उनकी कर्मठता और उनके सेवा के प्रति हमेशा आभार रखना चाहिए, इसीलिए बालाजी एक्शन मेडिकल इंस्टीट्यूट में डॉक्टरों के महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को लेकर हमने यह दिन सुनिश्चित किया और उनका आभार व्यक्त किया।

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend 28th National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) Foundation Day programme on 12th October, 2021 at 11 AM via video conferencing. He will also deliver an address on the occasion.

    Union Home Minister and NHRC Chairperson will also be present during the event.

    About National Human Rights Commission (NHRC)

    NHRC was set up under the Protection of Human Rights Act 1993 on 12th October, 1993 for the promotion and protection of human rights. The Commission takes cognizance of any form of human rights violations, conducts enquiries and in cases of violation of human rights, recommends to the public authorities for payment of compensation to the victims, other remedial and legal measures against the erring public servants.

  • PM Modi confers National Panchayat Awards 2021 on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day | PMO

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launches the distribution of e-property cards under the SWAMITVA scheme on 24th April 2021 (National Panchayati Raj Day) at 12 noon through video conferencing. 4.09 lakh property owners will be given their e-property cards on this occasion, which will also mark the rolling out of the SVAMITVA scheme for implementation across the country. Union Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar will also attend the event.

    Prime Minister will also confer the National Panchayat Awards 2021 on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj day. The National Panchayat Awards 2021 are being conferred under the following categories: Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashaktikaran Puraskar (to 224 Panchayats), Nanaji Deshmukh Rashtriya Gaurav Gram Sabha Puraskar (to 30 Gram Panchayats), Gram Panchayat Development Plan Award (to 29 Gram Panchayats), Child-friendly Gram Panchayat Award (to 30 Gram Panchayats) and e-Panchayat Puraskar (to 12 States).

    Hon’ble Prime Minister will transfer the award money (as Grants-in-Aid) through the click of a button, ranging from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.50 lakh. The amount will be directly transferred to the bank account of the Panchayats concerned in real time. This is being done for the first time.

    About SWAMITVA scheme

    SVAMITVA (Survey of Villages and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas) was launched by Prime Minister on 24th April 2020 as a Central Sector Scheme to promote a socio-economically empowered and self-reliant rural India. The Scheme has the potential to transform rural India using modern technical tools of mapping and surveying. It paves the way for using the property as a financial asset by villagers for availing loans and other financial benefits. The Scheme will cover around 6.62 Lakh villages of the entire country during 2021-2025.


    The pilot phase of the Scheme was implemented during 2020–2021 in the States of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Ut
