आपके जहन में रेप जैसे संजीदा अपराध को अंजाम देने वाले अपराधी का अक्स जेल की कुंद कोठरी और हाथों में हथकड़ी... वगैरह वगैरह जरूर कौंधता होगा, लेकिन आज हम आपको यूपी के बुलंदशहर में एक ऐसी तस्वीर दिखाने जा रहे हैं, जिसे देखकर आपके भी होश फाख्ता हो सकते हैं।जी हां, अलमारी में कतार में सजी कई तरह की कोल्ड ड्रिंक, जूस, ताजा सेबों से सजी टोकरी और ठंडी हवा फेंकते कूलर की यह तस्वीर बुलंदशहर जिला अस्पताल की है। अस्पताल में भले ही गरीब और गम्भीर मरीजों को एक अदद स्ट्रेचर और एक अदद बेड के लिए जद्दोजद्द करनी पड़ती हो, मगर जिला अस्पताल में रेप के आरोपी का रुतबा देखने लायक जरूर है। अस्पताल में रेप के आरोपी की वीआईपी आवभगत चल रही है वह भी पुलिस की मौज़ूदगीं में। दरअसल अस्पताल में बीमारी की आड़ में परिवार के साथ आराम फरमाते श्याम बिहारी पर एक नाबालिग ने करीब तीन माह पूर्व बुलंदशहर की सिटी कोतवाली में रेप की धाराओं में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी। पुलिस ने कार्रवाई करते हुए श्याम बिहारी को गिरफ्तार कर कोर्ट में पेश किया और कोर्ट ने रेप के आरोपी श्याम बिहारी को जेल भेज दिया। बताया गया है जेल में श्याम बिहारी को सांस लेने में तकलीफ हुई तो जेल प्रशासन ने सोमवार को श्याम बिहारी को इलाज के लिए जिला अस्पताल भिजवा दिया, जहां उनका प्राइवेट वार्ड में वीआईपी आवभगत के साथ इलाज चल रहा है। बड़ा सवाल यह है कि अगर श्याम बिहारी इस हद तक बीमार थे कि उनको जिला अस्पताल में शिफ्ट किया गया तो यह सवाल भी उठना तय है कि आखिर अस्पताल के वीआईपी कमरे में तरह तरह की कोल्ड ड्रिंक आखिर क्यों और किसके लिए सजाई गई हैं। वहीं जैसे ही रेप के आरोपी की जिला अस्पताल में अवभक्ति की खबर मीडिया में पहुंची तो अस्पताल प्रशासन ने आनन फानन में श्याम बिहारी को दिल्ली रेफर कर दिया गया है। सवाल यह भी खड़ा हो रहा है कि अगर बेटियों की अस्मत लूटने वाले अपराधियों के साथ मशीनरी यूं ही दंडवत रहेगी तो देश में बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ स्लोगन का वजूद ही खत्म हो जाएगा।

रविवार सुबह दर्शन की कतार में लगे श्रद्धालुओं का गुस्सा फूट पड़ा। हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं की लंबी कतार लगी हैं थी। लेकिन मंदिर के पंडे और पुजारी पैसे लेकर लोगों को वीआईपी दर्शन करवा रहे थे। जिसके बाद लाइन में लगे श्रद्धालुओं का गुस्सा देखने को मिला और लाइन में लगे श्रद्धालुओं ने VIP दर्शन बंद करों जैसे नारे लगाए। रविवार वीक एंड होने से बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु ओंकारेश्वर में भगवान भोले नाथ के दर्शन करने पहुंचे थे। सुबह 10 बजे अचानक मंदिर परिसर में दर्शन के लिए लाइन में लगे श्रद्धालुओं ने नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी। लोगों ने वीआईपी दर्शन बंद करों, बंद करों…के नारे लगाए।
