तहसीलदार के आदेश पर बंद कराई दुकानें
अफज़लगढ़ क्षेत्र के ग्राम भूतपुरी में चंद माह पूर्व खुलवाई गई दुकानों को तहसीलदार द्वारा बंद करवा दिया गया है। दरअसल कुछ वर्ष पूर्व भूतपुरी तिराहे के समीप कुछ लोगों द्वारा करीब 39 दुकानों का निर्माण कराया गया था जिसे कुछ दबंग लोग अपना कब्ज़ा दिखाकर खुलने नही दे रहे थे। दुकान स्वामियों ने राजस्व प्रशासन से दुकान खुलवाने की गुहार लगाई थी जिसके चलते करीब एक माह पूर्व तहसीलदार के आदेश पर पुलिस ने दुकानों को दबंगों से कब्ज़ामुक्त कराकर खुलवा दिया था। लेकिन मामला कोर्ट में विचाराधीन होने तथा दबंगों द्वारा कोर्ट से स्टे लाने के चलते तहसीलदार के आदेश पर पुलिस ने दुकानों को फिर से बंद करवा दिया। दुकानें बंद कराये जाने से दुकानस्वामियों में जबरदस्त रोष है। दुकानदारों का आरोप है कि पुलिस ने अपने ताले लाकर लगा दिये और उन्हें गल्ले से पैसे और आवष्यक सामान आदि भी नही लेने दिया।
इस मामले में तहसीलदार रमेश चैहान का कहना है कि मामला कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है जिसके चलते उनके आदेश पर दुकानों को बंद कराया गया है। उधर कोतवाली प्रभारी निरीक्षक ने बताया कि दुकानों के लिए कोर्ट के यथास्थिति के आदेश हैं।
