जिलाधिकारी ने किया गौशाला का निरीक्षण

बिजनौर जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा ने कस्बा झालू स्थित कान्हा गौशाला का औचक निरीक्षण किया। दरअसल कुछ दिन पूर्व इस गौशाला में 6 गौवंश मृत पाये गये थे जिन्हें बिना किसी अनुमति और आदेश के गौशाला से बाहर ले जाया जा रहा था। इस मामले को लेकर हिंदू संगठनो ने गौशाला पर प्रदर्शन कर अधिकारियों से मामले का संज्ञान लेकर कार्यवाही की मांग की थी। इसी मामले को लेकर विश्व हिंदू परिषद गौरक्षा की राष्ट्रीय मंत्री मंजू चैधरी ने भी झालू पहुंचकर गौशाला का निरीक्षण किया था और जिलाधिकारी से मामले में कार्यवाही करने की मांग की थी।
जिसके बाद जिलाधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा गौशाला का निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे । निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने गौशाला के कर्मचारियों और सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि गौशाला में उपस्थित प्रत्येक पशु को टैग लगाया जाये और हर एक पशु की ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर एंट्री की जाये, पशुषाला में बाहर से कटा हुआ चारा न लाया जाये बल्कि साबुत चारा लाकर पशुषाला में ही व्यवस्थित किया जाये, गौशाला में उपस्थित छोटे और बड़े गौवंशों के रहने की व्यवस्था अलग-अलग की जाये। साथ ही उन्होंने चिकित्सकों को प्रत्येक दिन गौशाला में जाकर गौवंशों की जांच करने के निर्देश दिये।
जिलाधिकारी के निरीक्षण के उपरांत विश्व हिंदू परिषद गौरक्षा की राष्ट्रीय मंत्री मंजू चैधरी भी गौशाला पर पहुंचे और जिलाधिकारी के प्रति नाराज़गी जाहिर की। उनका कहना है कि जिलाधिकारी ने उन्हें आश्वासन दिया था कि वह उनकी मौजूदगी में ही गौशाला पर पहुंचेंगे लेकिन उन्हें कोई सूचना नही दी गई।

    बीएसएफ और सीआरपीएफ जवानों के बाद अब सेना के एक जवान का वीडियो सामने आया है...वीडियों में सेना के जवान यज्ञ प्रताप सिंह ने सेना के अधिकारियों पर जूते साफ करवाने और शोषण का आरोप लगाया है। इसके साथ ही लांस नायक यज्ञ प्रताप का कहना है कि उसे प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति से शिकायत करने के बाद प्रताड़ित भी किया जा रहा है। वहीं इस वीडियों में यज्ञ प्रताप ने सेना के अधिकारियों पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि सेना में अधिकारी जवानों से अपने घर का काम करवाते है, जैसे घर का काम, अधिकारियों के जूते पॉलिश करना, किचन का काम करना, अधिकारियों के बच्चे को स्कूल छोड़कर आना जैसे कई काम जवानों को करने पड़ते हैं जो एक जवान को कभी अच्छा नहीं लगता हैं। लेकिन मजबूरी में करने पड़ते हैं। जवान का कहना है कि इसकी शिकायत को लेकर पीएम, राष्ट्रपति और मानवाधिकार आयोग को भी खत लिखा। लेकिन कहीं से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। हालांकि मानवाधिकार आयोग से लैटर का जवाब आया कि ये डिफेंस का मामला है। इसमें हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते। आपको बता दे कि इससे पहले बीएसएफ जवान तेजबहादुर सिंह ने खराब खाने को लेकर एक वीडियों बनाया था जिसमे उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री से शिकायत की थी। वहीं इसके बाद सीआरपीएफ के जवान जीत सिंह ने भी एक वीडियों पोस्ट कर सेना और सीआरपीएफ को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं में भेदभाव करने का आरोप लगाया।
