A FIR was filed against the Amnesty International India for shouting anti-India slogans at one of the event organised by the NGO last Saturday for freedom of Kashmir
On the basis of the complaint, Bengaluru city police charged Amnesty International India under section 124A, 142, 143, 147 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code. The cases of sedition were also filed against the organisers a programme aimed at seeking justice for Human Rights violation.

    സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ അവധിക്കാലത്ത് കുട്ടികളെ ഓഫീസില്‍ കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിനെതിരെ സംസ്ഥാന മനുഷ്യവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്‍.സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ കുട്ടികളെ അവധിക്കാലത്ത് ഓഫീസില്‍ കൊണ്ടിരുത്തുന്നതു മൂലം ഓഫീസ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തനത്തിന്റെ താളം തെറ്റുന്നതായി കമ്മിഷന്‍ അക്ടിംഗ് അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ പി. മോഹന്‍ദാസ് വിലയിരുത്തി. ഇതു തടയുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി ഇതിനെതിരെ ഉത്തരവിറക്കണമെന്നാണ് മനുഷ്യവകാശ കമ്മീഷന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശം. 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ നപടി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഫയല്‍ ചെയാനും കമ്മീഷന്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മനുഷ്യവകാശ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായ ഷെഫിന്‍ കവടിയാര്‍ നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് കമ്മീഷന്‍ വിഷയത്തില്‍ ഇടപെടുന്നത്.

    Geneva (Switzerland): Baloch political activists organised a protest in front of the United Nations in Switzerland’s Geneva to demand its urgent intervention to stop atrocities on Balochistan by Pakistan Army. Held under the aegis of Baloch Voice Association, the protesters highlighted the crimes committed by Pakistani security agencies and blamed them for kidnapping and brutally killing the Baloch political activists. Naela Quadri Baloch, who is president of World Baloch Women’s Forum said the atrocities on Baloch have intensified since after the launch of multi-billion dollar China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
