उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद अलीगढ़ की तहसील खैर इलाके के गांव का बीएसएफ जवान ड्यूटी के दौरान असम बांग्लादेश बॉर्डर पर तैनात था। बीएसएफ जवान की ड्यूटी के दौरान गोली लगने से मौत हो गई। तहसील खैर के गाँव नागल का निवासी शहीद जवान का पार्थिव शरीर थाना टप्पल के गांव पहुंचा। एंबुलेंस से जवान के पार्थिव शरीर को पहुंचने से पहले ही गुस्साए परिजनों और ग्रामीणों ने अलीगढ़ पलवल मार्ग पर जाम लगा दिया गया। परिवार वाले अपने शहीद हुए जवान बेटे को राजकीय सम्मान देने की मांग की गई। उसके बाद ग्रामीणों ने जट्टारी पुलिस चौकी के आसपास और अलीगढ़-पलवल मार्ग को कई घंटे जाम रखा। गुस्साए ग्रामीणों द्वारा जाम लगाने की सूचना पर एसडीएम सहित क्षेत्र अधिकारी व कई थानों का पुलिस फोर्स मौके पर पहुंच गया। मौके पर पहुंचे एसडीएम अंजनी कुमार सिंह के द्वारा परिजनों को सांत्वना देते हुए शहीद हुए जवान को राजकीय सम्मान देने की बात की गई। जिसके बाद गुस्साए परिजनों ने घंटों बाद अलीगढ़ पलवल हाईवे पर लगाए गए जाम को खोला गया।
