    स्टोरी.... 20 जुलाई से देशभर में करीब 95 लाख ट्रकों का होगा चक्का जाम। ये दावा है देश सभी सबसे बड़ी ट्रांसपोर्ट यूनियनों का। टोल बैरियर हटाने और डीजल के दामो में कमी समेत चार मुख्य मांगो पर देश के ट्रांसपोर्ट जा रहे हैं अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर। पूरे साल का देश के सभी टोल बेरियर का टैक्स अकेले ट्रांसपोर्टर पहले ही देने को तैयार ताकि हर टोल बैरियर पर लाखों का डीजल लाइनों में न जले।

    20 जुलाई से पूरे देश में ट्रकों का चक्का जाम होगा अपने कुछ मांगों को लेकर ऑल इंडिया मोटर ट्रांसपोर्ट कांग्रेस ने 20 जुलाई से ट्रकों की अनिश्चितकालीन चक्का जाम की घोषणा की है। पूरे देश में करीब 2 महीने से इस हड़ताल का प्रचार-प्रसार जारी है।

    हंगामा भी हुआ --- जीटी करनाल रोड जाम करने की कोशिश

    भी हुई और जम कर विरोध प्रदर्शन भी हुआ। कुल मिलाकर

    ट्रांसपोर्टर्स ने आज से देशव्यापी चक्का जाम का आग़ाज़ कर

    दिया। इन ट्रांसपोर्टर्स की मांग है की डीजल को जीएसटी के अंतर्गत

    लाया जाए और टोल बैरियर हटाए जाए। इनके अलावा अपनी

    और भी कुछ मांगों को लेकर ये लम्बे समय से सरकार और

    मंत्रालय से गुहार लगाते रहे हैं लेकिन अब इनके सब्र का बाँध

    टूट पड़ा है।

    इसलिए अबकी बार --- ये आर या पार की लड़ाई की बात कर रहे हैं।

  • Bank strike: Massive nationwide protest against PSBs merger

    Operations at branches of public sector banks across the country were impacted Wednesday due to a strike by unions against the proposed merger of Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda (BoB). The strike has been called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) - an umbrella organisation of all 9 unions including the All India Bank Officers Confederation (AIBOC), the All India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA), National Confederation of Bank Employees (NCBE) and the National Organisation of Bank Workers (NOBW). This is the second bank strike in less than a week.

  • Bank Privatisation: PSB employees on a two-day nationwide strike against the proposed measure

    Around 10 lakh bank employees are on protest against the privatisation of public sector banks, that was announced during the Union Budget. Services such as deposits and withdrawal at branches, cheque clearance and loan approvals would be affected due to the strike. FM Nirmala Sitharaman had announced that two public sector banks other than IDBI Bank would be privatised, with the government setting its disinvestment target for FY22 at Rs 1.75 crore.
