यूपी के कौशाम्बी जिले में धान की तौल नही होने से नाराज़ किसानों ने मंडी समिति ओसा के गेट में ताला बंद कर चक्काजाम कर दिया।चक्का जाम की सूचना पर प्रशासन में हड़कंप मच गया।मुख्यालय का रास्ता बन्द हो जाने से दोनों तरफ गाड़ियों की लंबी कतार लग गई।
किसान धान बेचने के लिए टोकन मिलने के एक माह बाद भी तौल नही होने से नाराज थे। सड़क जाम की सूचना पर पहुची पुलिस और सदर एसडीएम ने किसानों के साथ बात की ।किसानों द्वारा तालाबंदी किये जाने और रास्ता जाम को समय किये जाने को समाप्त कराने का प्रयास किया लेकिन किसान नही माने।जिसके बाद एसडीएम के आश्वासन पर किसान माने और जाम को समाप्त किया।
