ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಅವಘಡ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಹಂತದ ಮಾಲ್ ವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಆವರಿಸಿದ ದಟ್ಟ ಹೊಗೆ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ದುರಂತ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಲ್ ವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟೀಜ್ ಫಾಲ್ ಕಾನ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಮಾಲ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಥರ್ಮಾಕೋಲ್ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಿಂದಲೇ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಂಕಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 12 ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನ ಮಾಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ದಟ್ಟ ಹೊಗೆ ಆವರಿಸಿತ್ತು.ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಕಾಲ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅಗ್ನಿ ಶಾಮಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ನಂದಿಸಲು ಶ್ರಮಪಟ್ಟರು.

    Ashok Bharti, Chairman of NACDOR (National confideration of Dalit and Adivasi organizations) tells us why the 1932 Poona Pact has been ineffective for the Dalits today. He tells Catch why 50,000 Dalits, Adivasis and minorities are set to storm into the capita and demand for a new social order.

    On 29th August, Dalits, Muslims and Adivasis from across 25 Indian states will gather at the Ashoka inscription at Gujarat's Jhunagadh. They will be demanding dignity and equality for all through their march across the country. Titled Dalit chale Sangharsh ki Aur their march is organized by the Dalit Samman Sangharsh Manch, a loose group of 1000 Dalit Adivasi and Minority organizations who have come together post the extraordinary Una dalit uprising, to amplify the concerns of India's minorities. The march hopes to cover 25 states before ending on 20th November at New Delhi in a mob size that hopes to shake the Prime Minister's office.

    जलालपुर के 100 मीटर दूरी पर गरीबो से जमकर वसूली होती है। नगर पालिका परिषद जलालपुर अंबेडकरनगर में आज घसियारी टोला मे उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा शौचालय बनाए जाने के लिए 20000 रु उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा गरीबों को दिया जा रहा है। जिसका वसूली वसूली करने पहुंचे नीरज मिश्रा अपने सहयोगियों के साथ पहुंच गए और शौचालय बनाए जाने के नाम पर दो 2000 वसूली करना शुरू कर दिया। गरीबों को धमकी भी देने लगे। यदि पैसा नहीं दोगे तो रिकवरी करवा दूंगा। ऐसा मामला प्रकाश में आया है। एक गरीब असहाय व्यक्ति का पैसा रिकवरी करवा लिया।

    કેમેરાની સામે થતો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર અનેક વખત બહાર આવ્યો છે. વધુ એક જીવતો પુરાવો પાલનપુર RTOનો બહાર આવ્યો છે. જેમાં લાઈસન્સ લેવા માટે સહી કરાવવી હોય તો રૂ. 500 આપવા પડે છે. જો ન આપો તો તેના પર દિવસો સુધી સહી થતી નથી. સરકારે દરેક કામના દિવસો નક્કી કરી આપેલા છે છતાં તેમ છતાં તે સમય પ્રમાણે કામ થતું નથી કારણ કે સમયસર કામ ન કરે તો કોઈ સજાની જોગવાઈ નથી. તેથી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર ઘટવાના બદલે વધી રહ્યો છે. આમ થતાં સરકારી અધિકારીઓની સંપત્તિ રાજકીય વ્યક્તિઓ કરતાં પણ અત્યંત ઝડપથી વધી રહી છે.
    તેની સીધી જવાબદારી ભાજપ સરકારના મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણી છે. તેઓ જ્યારથી મુખ્યમંત્રી બન્યા છે ત્યારથી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર માઝા મૂકી રહ્યો છે. લોકોના કામ હવે પૈસા વગર થતાં ન હતી. આનંદીબેને તેમની પુત્રી માટે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કર્યો હતો અને તેમને ભાજપે ખદેડી મૂક્યા હતા. પણ રૂપાણીના રાજ સમયે લોકોને નાણાં આપવા પડે છે. તેનો સીધો મતલબ કે સરકાર ઈચ્છે છે કે પ્રજાની લૂંટ ચલાવી રહ્યાં હો તો વાંધો નહીં. પણ વ્યક્તિગત ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરો તો વાંધો છે.
    ભાજપની રૂપાણી સરકારમાં ભ્રષ્ટાચાર એટલો વ્યાપક વધી ગયો છે કે, પાલનપુર RTO માં સહી કરવાનાં રૂ. 200 અને ના આપો તો ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઈસન્સ ના મળે એવી ધમકી પણ આપવામાં આવે છે. ભ્રષ્ટ અધિકારી સામે જીવતો પુરાવા જેવો વીડિયો બહાર આવ્યો છે ત્યારે ભ્રષ્ટાચારી સરકાર શું પગલાં લેશે? એવો પ્રશ્ન પણ વાહન વ્યવહાર વિભાગના અધિકારીઓ સામે પ્રજા પૂછી રહી છે. વાહન વ્યવહાર વિભાગના પૂર્વ અધિકારી અને કોંગ્રેસના નેતા જી. એમ. પટેલ કહે છે કે, આ વીડિયો હાથમાં આવ્યો હોવા છતાં જો સરકાર આવા ભ્રષ્ટાચારીઓને તાત્કાલીક સસ્પેન્ડ નહીં કરે તો ટૂંક જ સમયમાં જનતા રેડ પાડશે.Watch Viral Video of Bribery in Palanpur RTO With HD Quality
