सीतापुर। महमूदाबाद के मोहल्ला बेहटा छावनी में शनिवार को एक युवक पानी की टंकी पर चढ़ गया। इसे देखकर अफरातफरी मच गई। तमाम लोग एकत्र हो गए और युवक को नीचे उतरने के लिए कहने लगे। करीब तीन घंटे तक चले हाई वोल्टेज ड्रामे के बाद नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष प्रतिनिधि के समझाने के बाद युवक नीचे उतरा। युवक ने पुलिस पर उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप लगाया है।कोतवाली क्षेत्र के वार्ड बेहटा छावनी निवासी सुभाष उर्फ बराती सुबह करीब 11 बजे वार्ड में बनी पानी की टंकी पर चढ़ गया। करीब तीन घंटे तक हाई-वोल्टेज ड्रामा चलता रहा। सूचना पर मौके पर नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष प्रतिनिधि अंबरीश गुप्ता, इंस्पेक्टर केबी सिंह मौके पर पहुंचे। अंबरीश गुप्ता ने सुभाष को समझाया। करीब आधे घंटे तक समझाने के बाद युवक टंकी से नीचे उतरा।
युवक का आरोप है कि सदरपुर पुलिस व महमूदाबाद पुलिस द्वारा उसे चोरी व लूट में फर्जी तरीके से जेल भेज गया व उसकी गाड़ी का चलान कर दिया गया। लगातार पुलिस द्वारा उसे व उसके परिवार को परेशान किया जा रहा है।
