लखनऊ: राजधानी में महिला अधिवक्ता पर हमला हुआ. उन्होंने बताया कि राजधानी के इंदिरा नगर थाना क्षेत्र स्थित खुर्रम नगर चौकी के चंद कदमों की दूरी पर उनके ऊपर जानलेवा हमला किया गया. उन्होंने इस मामले में लखनऊ पुलिस (Lucknow Police) को लिखित शिकायत दी है. इस हमले में महिला अधिवक्ता की गाड़ी भी क्षतिग्रस्त हुई है.
पुलिस इस मामले को संदिग्ध मानकर मामले की जांच कर रही है. महिला अधिवक्ता ने वर्ष 2018 में सीनियर अधिवक्ता के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराया गया था. महिला अधिवक्ता का कहना है कि उसी मामले को लेकर जानलेवा हमला किया गया. पुलिस इस मामले से जुड़े हर पहलू पर तफ्तीश कर रही है.
महिला अधिवक्ता के साथ लखनऊ में अपराध सामने आया है. महिला अधिवक्ता इंदिरा नगर थानाक्षेत्र में अपनी बुजुर्ग मां और अपने छोटे भाई के साथ रहती हैं. वो हाईकोर्ट में भी बतौर अधिवक्ता प्रैक्टिस करती हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि साल 2018 में उन्होंने हाई कोर्ट के सीनियर अधिवक्ता के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था.
इस मामले में आरोपी अधिवक्ता को जेल भी हुई थी, लेकिन 8 महीने बाद वो जमानत पर बाहर आ गया. इसके बाद से उनको आए दिन धमकी मिल रही है. आरोप है कि साल 2019 में उनके बड़े भाई पर भी जानलेवा हमला किया गया था. इसमें वो बाल-बाल बच गया था. अधिवक्ता के भाई की साल 2020 में कोरोना को कारण मौत हो गयी थी. रेप के केस में अब केवल वो ही एक गवाह बची है. जानलेवा हमले के बाद वो काफी डरी हुई है.
