Una (Himachal Pradesh): Political parties have given their full strength in elections to the municipal bodies and panchayat institutions in Himachal Pradesh. Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri himself has fielded in his home constituency Haroli to campaign for the Congress-backed candidates. While Mukesh Agnihotri called for a vote in support of Shashi Rani, candidate from Haroli District Council ward in Lower Badhera, and asked for votes, the BJP government in the state was also strongly targeted. Mukesh said that CM Jairam Thakur himself has agreed that his government has proved to be a failure. Mukesh has instructed CM Jairam Thakur to introspect instead of blaming the bureaucracy for failing.
