Herbal remedy for sore throat.

INGREDIENTS
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1.Take a small dish and add 2 teaspoons turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon honey to the dish and constantly keep mixing it together until they form a thick paste.
2. Do not swallow, allow it to melt in your mouth, it will form a protective layer on the infected area in your throat and kill the harmful bacteria and stops it from spreading.
3.This remedy is effective only at the starting stages of the infection, if the infection becomes severe, turmeric may not be that useful.
