Hamirpur/ Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) : Apart from the local people, the Congress and the Communist Party also protested against the increase in bus fare by the Himachal government. MLA from Sujanpur Rajendra Rana said that increasing the fare is a wrong decision of the government. He has demanded that the government should withdraw this decision. Anil Mankotia, senior leader of the Communist Party has termed the decision of increase in bus fare as anti-people.At the same time, CITU protested strongly against this decision outside DC office Shimla. CITU warned the state government that if the bus fare hike is not withdrawn, CITU will mobilize the people and the working class to create a statewide agitation and will protest against this anti-people decision on the streets at the block and district headquarters level.
