सुंदरनगर । जिला के उपमंडल सुंदरनगर के ग्राम पंचायत जयदेवी में स्यांजी की ओर जाने वाली सड़क पर सुरक्षा दीवार ना होने के कारण आए दिन दुर्घटनाएं हो रही है। लोक निर्माण विभाग के लापरवाही का खामियाजा वाहन चालकों को जान गवा कर भुगतना पड़ रहा है। सड़क के संकीर्ण होने के कारण आए दिन दुर्घटना हो रही है। न तो लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा और न ही निगम प्रशासन सड़क किनारे सुरक्षा दीवार बनाने में रुचि नहीं दिखा रही है।
Sundernagar( Mandi) Accidents are happening every day due to lack of security wall on the road leading to Sayanji in Jayadevi Gram Panchayat of Sundernagar sub-division. Due to the negligence of the Public Works Department, the drivers have to bear the loss of their lives. Accidents happen every day because of the narrow road. Neither the Public Works Department nor the corporation administration is showing interest in building a roadside security wall.

  • ठियोग में NH किनारे फेंक दी मटर की बोरियां

    अभी सेब नाले में बहाने का मामला थमा नहीं है कि ठियोग में नेशनल हाईवे किनारे मटर फेंके गए हैं। वैसे तो देखने में यह मटर गला-सड़ा नजर आ रहा है। यहां सड़क किनारे 30 से ज्यादा बोरी मटर की फेंकी गई है। कहा जा रहा है कि यह मटर व्यापारी स्पीति के किसानों से खरीदकर लाए थे और इसे मंडियों में भेजना था। मगर, पिछले तीन दिन तक नेशनल हाईवे-5 झाखड़ी के पास बंद रहा। इसी के चलते यह मटर गाड़ी में ही सड़ गया और व्यापारियों ने इसे यहां सड़क किनारे फेंका है। बहरहाल बारिश बेशक थम कई हो लेकिन पहाड़ बराबर दरक रहे हैं और ऐसे में सड़कें अवरुद्ध हो रही है। सड़कें बहाल करना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बनी हुई है।
