ग्लेशियर जमने से हिमाचल में संकट पड़ोसी राज्यों पर निर्भर हुआ प्रदेश

हिमाचल प्रदेश में कड़ाके की सर्दी से ग्लेश्यिर जमने के बाद नदी-नालों में पानी का स्तर कम हो गया है। इससे विद्युत राज्य हिमाचल में बिजली का उत्पादन 75 प्रतिशत तक गिर गया है। विद्युत उत्पादन में कमी के बाद ऊर्जा राज्य के नाम से मशहूर हिमाचल पड़ोसी प्रदेशों की बिजली पर निर्भर हो गया है। गर्मियों में 270 लाख से 275 लाख यूनिट बिजली रोजाना पैदा करने वाले हिमाचल प्रदेश में इन दिनों मुश्किल से बासपा प्रोजेक्ट को मिलकर 68 लाख यूनिट उत्पादन हो पा रहा है और हिमाचल में इस बार सर्दियों में पहली मर्तबा 365 लाख यूनिट तक बिजली की मांग गई है। इसे देखते हुए पड़ोसी राज्य पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश सहित दिल्ली से भी अधिक मात्रा में बिजली खरीदनी पड़ रही है। प्रति यूनिट 2.50 रुपए से लेकर 3.23 रुपए के हिसाब से बिजली खरीदी जा रही है। इससे घाटे में चल रहे बिजली बोर्ड को हर रोज करोड़ों रुपए का करंट लग रहा है।

    अंतिम टप्प्यात असलेल्या परभणी-मुदखेड लोहमार्गावर दुहेरीकरणाच्या कामात रेल्वेच्या बांधकाम विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी साफ कानाडोळा केल्याने पुर्णेतील रेल्वे मार्गावरील भुयारीपुलाचे काम थातुरमातुर पद्धतीने पुर्ण करण्यात आलय,या कामावर वाटर क्युरींगही होत नसल्याचे दिसून येत आहे.यामुळे भविष्यात या लोहमार्गावर होणारी रेल्वे वाहतूक विना अपघात होईल का..? अस प्रश्नचिन्ह निर्माण केले जात आहेत. पुर्णा-नांदेड लोहमार्गावर दुहेरी करणाकरीता भुयारी मार्गावर दमरे प्रशासनाकडून बांधण्यात येत असलेली पुलांची कामे अत्यंत निकृष्ट होत असून जुन्याच पुलांना मलमपट्टी करुन अत्यंत कमकूवत कामे केली जात आहे. हि बांधकामे भविष्यात प्रवासी वर्गासाठी अत्यंत धोकादायक ठरणार असल्याने या निकृष्ट पुलांच्या बांधकामांची नांदेड डिवीजनचे विभागीय रेल्वे व्यवस्थापक त्रिकाल राभा आणि सहाय्यक विभागीय व्यवस्थापक विश्वनाथ विरया यांनी प्रत्यक्ष पाहाणी करुन संबंधित बांधकाम गुत्तेदारांवर तात्काळ कार्यवाही करावी करावी अशी मागणी शिवसेना जिल्हा प्रमुख तथा पुर्णा नगर परिषदेचे उपाध्यक्ष विशाल कदम यांनी केली आहे,ते या संदर्भात लवकरच नांदेड डिविजनचे विभागीय व्यवस्थापकांची भेट घेणार आहेत. मागील दोन वर्षांपूर्वी मुदखेड-परभणी दरम्यान रेल्वे लोहमार्गाच्या दुहेरीकरणाचे काम हाती घेण्यात आल होत,.या कामासाठी रेल्वे मंत्रालयाने करोडो रुपयांचा निधी वितरित केला.या दुहेरीकरणाचे काम प्रगतीपथावर असून,त्यातच या मार्गावर अनेक लहान मोठे पुलांचेही कामे देखील हाती घेण्यात आली आहे.
