बीजेपी से निष्कासित नेता नवीन कुमार जिंदल के लक्ष्मी नगर स्थित घर के बाहर तैनात दिल्ली पुलिस की पीसीआर कार पर हमला होने का दावा किया गया है। इस हमले में पीसीआर कार का शीशा टूट गया है। नवीन कुमार का आरोप है कि देर रात अज्ञात लोगों ने पीसीआर पर पथराव किया है। नवीन जिंदल ने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा, 'मेरे परिवार की जान को इस्लामिक जिहादियों से ख़तरा है। मैं एक महीने में दिल्ली पुलिस को कई बार सबूत सहित लिखित में दे चुका हूं। मेरे निवास पर एक पीसीआर एक सिपाही के साथ तैनात है, रात में जिहादियों ने पीसीआर के शीशे तोड़कर संदेश दिया है। दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर मेरी व मेरे परिवार की सुरक्षा का पुख़्ता प्रबंध करें' .
