    मुरादाबाद की होनहार बेटी की सहायता के लिए एक सामाजिक संस्था ने जिलाधिकारी मुरादाबाद को एक ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए उसका ईलाज कराने की गुहार लगाई है। मुरादाबाद की ये आई.सी.एस.सी. टाॅपर बेटी अपने परिवार के सदस्य की मौत के बाद मानसिक बीमारी से ग्रस्त हो गई थी और अब दर-दर की ठोकरे खाने को मजबूर है। दरअसल सामाजिक संस्था श्री जी फाउंडेशन के लोगों ने जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय पहंुचकर मुरादाबाद की होनहार बेटी सुभी उपाध्याय की जिंदगी से जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया जो अपने पिता की मौत के बाद मानसिक संतुलन खो चुकी है और मंझोला इलाके के लाइन पार की गलियों में भटकने को मजबूर है। संस्था ने एक वीडियो भी जिलाधिकारी को सौंपा जिसमें युवती कचरे से खाना उठाकर खाती हुई साफ तौर पर देखी जा सकती है। संस्था के सदस्यो की ज्ञापन के माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी से मांग है कि बच्ची के ईलाज के लिए प्रशासन की तरफ से पहल करने का आदेश जारी करने का कष्ट करें जिससे बच्ची का ईलाज हो पाये।
