    തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് തീയ്യതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചതോടെ മാതൃകാ പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ടം നിലവില്‍ വന്നിരിക്കുകയാണ്. പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ട ലംഘനം ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെട്ടാല്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് തന്നെ എളുപ്പം പരാതിപ്പെടുന്നതിനായി ഒരു 'സിവിജില്‍ ആപ്പ് (cVIGIL app)' പുറത്തിറക്കിയിരിക്കുകയാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന്‍. മാതൃകാ പെരുമാറ്റ ചട്ട ലംഘനം ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെടുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ അതിന്റെ ചിത്രമോ വീഡിയോ ദൃശ്യമോ സഹിതം ആപ്പ് വഴി തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കാം. പെരുമാറ്റ ചട്ടലംഘനം പരാതിപ്പെടുന്നതിലെ നൂലാമാലകള്‍ ഒഴിവാക്കാക്കുയാണ് കമ്മീഷന്‍ ഇതുവഴി.
    വളരെ എളുപ്പം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്ന ആന്‍ഡ്രോയിഡ് ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനാണ് സിവിജില്‍ ആപ്പ്.
    ആപ്പ് ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്ത് വീഡിയോ, ഫോട്ടോ ഓപ്ഷനുകള്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് ദൃശ്യം പകര്‍ത്തുക. ശേഷം വിഷയത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ഒരു കുറിപ്പ് കൂടി ചേര്‍ത്ത് കമ്മീഷന് അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കാം. പരാതിപ്പെടുന്നയാള്‍ അയാളുടെ വ്യക്തിത്വം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്ന് നിര്‍ബന്ധമില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന പരാതികളില്‍ നൂറ് മിനിറ്റില്‍ (ഒരു മണിക്കൂര്‍ 40 മിനിറ്റില്‍) നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കാന്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണ് എന്ന് ചീഫ് ഇലക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മീഷണര്‍ സുനില്‍ അറോറ പറഞ്ഞു.വോട്ടര്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥികളെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതിനായി വോട്ടിങ് യന്ത്രങ്ങളിലും പോസ്റ്റല്‍ ബാലറ്റ് പേപ്പറുകളിലും സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ ചിത്രം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തും. ഇതിനുവേണ്ടി സ്ഥാനാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ അവരുടെ ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ നല്‍കണമെന്ന നിര്‍ദേശവും കമ്മീഷന്‍ നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
