दिल्ली की सड़कों पर प्रदर्शन कर रहीं ये सैकड़ों महिलाएं मोतीलाल नेहरू कैम्प की निवासी है, दरअसल मोतीलाल नेहरू कैम्प में हजारों झुग्गियां हैं, जहां दिल्ली जल बोर्ड की पाइप लाइन से इनको पानी मिलता है लेकिन सुबह दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के जेई और कर्मचारी पहुंचे और मोतीलाल नेहरू कैम्प का पानी का कनेक्शन काट दिया। कनेक्शन काटने आए दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के लोग अपने साथ सुरक्षा के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस को भी साथ लेकर आए थे। इन तस्वीरों में आप देख सकते हैं कि सड़कों पर सैकड़ों महिलाएं प्रदर्शन कर रही हैं, दिल्ली सरकार हाय-हाय के नारे लगा रही हैं और दिल्ली सरकार से पानी की मांग कर रही हैं। महिलाओं के इस प्रदर्शन के कारण नेहरू पैलेस से एयरपोर्ट जाने वाली सड़क पर भारी जाम लग गया। घंटों जाम रहने के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस के समझाने पर ये महिलाएं सड़कों से हटी, तब जाकर सड़क सुचारु हुई।
