दिनांक 2अक्टूबर 2022 को नगर पालिका परिषद बांगरमऊ के सभागार में महात्मा गांधी जी एवम लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जी की जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गयाl कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि की भूमिका क्षेत्रीय विधायक बांगरमऊ श्रीकांत कटियार उपस्थित रहे।
अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिका बांगरमऊ राकेश कुमार सिंह एवं नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष इजहार खान गुड्डू में ने राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराकर सलामी दी तत्पश्चात सभी ने राष्ट्रगान गाया। सभी ने गांधी जी एवम शास्त्री जी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित करके श्रद्धांजलि दी।
नगर पालिका परिषद के सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने "वैष्णव जन ते तेने कहिए पीर पराई जाने हो" जैसे भजन गाकर बापू को याद किया।
मुख्य अतिथि जी ने महात्मा गांधी एवम शास्त्री जी के जीवन पर प्रकाश डालते हुए सभी को उनके आदर्शो पर चलते हुए राष्ट्र निर्माण में सहयोग करने की शपथ दिलाई।
आज के दिन को राष्टीय स्वच्छता दिवस के रूप में मनाया गया।इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि नगर पालिका परिषद में वृक्षारोपण कर सभी को वृक्ष लगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
इस अवसर पर नगर पालिका परिषद के सभी सभासद गण एवं कर्मचारियों ने बापू के जीवन पर प्रकाश डाला सभी ने बापू को आदर्श मानते हुए उनके विचारों को अंगीकार करने एवम सामाजिक गतिविधियों मे प्रतिभाग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया और बताया
अंतअधिशासी अधिकारी राकेश कुमार सिंह ने सभी को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। इस अवसर पर नगर पालिका परिषद बांगरमऊ के लिपिक रविंद्र कुमार एवं अधिशासी अभियंता जलकल प्रियंका पटेल सहित सभी कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।
