    गंगापूर (विजय बन्सोड): शासन व प्रशासनाने पाण्याखाली गेलेल्या शेतजमिनी अधिग्रहित करून सध्याच्या बाजार भावाप्रमाणे मोबदला द्यावा " व आजपर्यंत झालेली पीक नुकसान भरपाई द्यावी या मागणीसाठी शेतकऱ्यांना संबंधित अधिकारी आल्याने एक दिवस अगोदरच जलसमाधी आंदोलन सुरू केले.लेखी आश्वासनानंतर आंदोलन मागे घेण्यात आले.

    जायकवाडी जलाशयाचे पाणी गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून गंगापूर तालुक्यातील अमळनेर येथील शेतकऱ्यांच्या असंपादित असलेल्या मालकी हक्कातील शेत जमिनीत पाणी शिरत असल्यामुळे हातातोंडाशी आलेली पिके पाण्याखाली जाऊन शेतकऱ्यांचे मोठे नुकसान होत आहे.त्यामुळे सततच्या नुकसानी बाबत शेतकऱ्यांनी अनेकदा शासन,प्रशासनास लेखी,तोंडी तक्रार कळवून देखील कोणी दखल घेत नसल्याने "शासन , प्रशासन यांनी आमच्या शेत जमिनी अधिग्रहित करून सध्याच्या बाजार भावाप्रमाणे मोबदला द्यावा " व आजपर्यंत झालेली पीक नुकसान भरपाई द्यावी या मागणीसाठी शेतकऱ्यांनी 10 नोव्हेंबर 2022 रोजी जलसमाधी आंदोलन करण्याचा इशारा दिला होता.
    याची दखल घेऊन एकदिवस आधीच बुधवारी (ता.9) रोजी सकाळी 11 वाजता
    जायकवाडी पाटबंधारे उपविभाग औरंगाबादचे उपविभागीय अभियंता दीपक डोंगरे यांनी अमळनेर वस्ती (ता.गंगापूर)येथे गुरुवारी (ता.10) रोजी होणाऱ्या नियोजित जलसमाधी आंदोलन ठिकाणी भेट देऊन वस्तुस्थितीची पाहणी करत आंदोलक शेतकऱ्यांना आंदोलन थांबविण्यासाठी विनंती केली.पण जायकवाडी पाटबंधारे विभागाने शेतकऱ्यांच्या अर्ज निवेदनास दुर्लक्षित केल्यामुळे सतत पाठपुरावा करणारे शेतकरी वैतागले होते.जलसमाधी आंदोलनापासून परावृत्त करण्यासाठी शेतकरी लोकांची समजूत काढण्याचा प्रयत्न केला.पण पाण्यात उतरलेले महिला पुरुष शेतकरी ऐकण्याच्या मनस्थिती नव्हते. त्रस्त शेतकरी म्हणाले 2006 पासून आम्ही पाठपुरावा करतोय प्रशासनाने आद्यप दखल घेतली नाही.आम्ही आता वैतागून जलसमाधी करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला.आता तूम्हाला विनंती करता,आमच्या मागण्यांबाबत आधी लेखी द्या,नंतर इथून बाहेर येऊ
    असा आक्रमक पवित्रा घेतला असता
