बिहार की नीतीश सरकार को बड़ा झटका लगा है. पटना हाईकोर्ट ने जातीय जनगणना पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगा दी है. पटना हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस वी चन्द्रन की बेंच ने ये फैसला सुनाया. इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 3 जुलाई को होगी.
नीतीश सरकार के जातिगत जनगणना कराने के फैसले के खिलाफ पटना हाईकोर्ट में 6 याचिकाएं दाखिल की गई थीं. इन याचिकाओं में जातिगत जनगणना पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई थी. हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस के विनोद चंद्रन और जस्टिस मधुरेश प्रसाद की बेंच ने बुधवार को इनपर सुनवाई पूरी कर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था
