The 19th edition of CII Annual Health Summit - CII 19th HEALTH SUMMIT 2022 held on 29th November 2022 with the theme “The Health Imperative - Awareness I Accessibility I Affordability I Accountability I Adaption” By 2030, 60% of the global population will be living in Asia - With a focus on continuing deliberations related to access, affordability, awareness and ease of adoption of technology on health, CII 19th Health Summit 2022 brought together leadership forum that centered the most critical challenges that India and the world is facing in delivering care, with the objective to resolve, offer novel solutions that would result in improved patient outcomes and experience. Through the deliberations at this Summit, insights on the need for adoption of technology and increasing capacity of the healthcare for making it more inclusive and accessible at all levels, by gathering a larger set of stakeholders, and working together on various policy regulatory guidelines and directing the winds that are likely to impact this sector directly were discussed and deliberated. CII is also the designated secretariat to B20 and with India taking on the G20 Presidency, the moment is opportune to steer the global narrative and deliberations around Health through the CII Health Summit thought leadership forum.

B20 is among the most prominent Engagement Groups in G20, with companies and business organizations as participants. The CII Partnership Summit 2023 will focus on how India’s growth story, its reform process and external engagement will help to rebalance the world and impart stability to growth processes. It will also capture global business ideas under the aegis of B20 India. This year’s Partnership Summit will hold high level discussions broadly along the tracks of the global and Indian economy, G20/B20, competitiveness, resilient supply chains, investments, sustainability, start-ups and entrepreneurship, technology, and the social dimension. It will focus on the opportunities and imperatives for countries and businesses to drive future strategies for growth, competitiveness, and sustainable and inclusive development. India shall play a greater role in shaping the development journey of the global economy, and CII will be a key pillar in this journey.

    The sessions, to be conducted over 3 days, would provide an opportunity to share ideas on growth, development, sustainability, and technology in alignment with CII’s larger theme for the year 2022-2023: ‘Partnerships for Responsible, Accelerated, Innovative, Sustainable, and Equitable Businesses.’
