Hamirpur. Today the doctors of Himachal Pradesh were on pen down strike till 11 am regarding NPA. During this the patients had to face difficulties. Some pictures have come out from Hamirpur hospital, in which patients are suffering from heat. Since even the fans were not working in the hospital premises.

    Himachal Pradesh Medical Association Joint Sangharsh Samiti has decided to halve the duration of one-and-a-half-hour pen-down strike, which started from Monday, in protest against the closure of NPAs. This decision was taken after the meeting of the members of the Sangharsh Samiti with the Cabinet Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan on the call of the CM on the evening of 30th May.

    Doctors have come out on protest against Himachal Pradesh government. The government has decided to close the NPA of the newly recruited doctors, which the doctors are opposing. Today, doctors in hospitals across the state went on pen-down strike from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, due to which the patients also had to suffer. Although emergency services were not disrupted during this period, patients in OPDs had to wait for doctors for a long time. Patients were seen sitting waiting for the doctor since morning.
