പ്രളയ മേഖലകളിലെ പുനർനിര്‍മ്മാണത്തിന് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഇളവു നല്‍കി കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍. ജനറല്‍ വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ നൂറില്‍ നിന്ന് നൂറ്റമ്പതായും ആദിവാസി വിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ ഇരുന്നൂറായും ഉയർത്തി. പുതിയ തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നടപ്പാക്കേണ്ട പദ്ധതിയെ കുറിച്ച് ആസൂത്രണ ബോർഡ് ചര്‍ച്ച തുടങ്ങി. പ്രളയത്തില്‍ തകര്‍ന്ന റോഡ്, കൃഷി, ജലസേചനം തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളുടെ പുനര്‍നിര്‍മ്മാണത്തിന് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഇളവു തേടി കേരളം കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാറിനെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നു. വലിയ പ്രകൃതി ദുരന്തമുണ്ടായ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഇളവ് നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം കേരളത്തിനും വേണമെന്നായിരുന്നു ആവശ്യം. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണം വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ കേന്ദ്രം അനുമതി നല്‍കിയത്. അധികമായി ലഭിക്കുന്ന തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ ഏതെല്ലാം മേഖലകളില്‍ വിനിയോഗിക്കണമെന്നതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആസൂത്രണ ബോര്‍ഡ് വകുപ്പുകളുമായി ചർച്ച തുടങ്ങി. അധികമായി ലഭിക്കുന്ന തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുളള നിർമ്മാണ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരും തദ്ദേശ ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും പ്രത്യേകം തുക ചെലവിടും. കൂടുതലായി തൊഴില്‍ ദിനങ്ങള്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്നത് തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ക്ക് നേട്ടമാകും. ദിവസം 275 രൂപയാണ് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ പ്രതിദിന വേതനം. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 22.5 ലക്ഷം പേരാണ് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ തൊഴിലെടുക്കുന്നത്.દ્વારા News60 ML | 21205 અભિપ્રાયો
