(2) સતિષભાઈ દયારામ જાદવ જુનિયર કલાર્ક વર્ગ-3, પ્રાદેશિક માહિતી કચેરી, નાનપુરા, સુરત

આ કામના ફરિયાદીઓએ દૈનિક અખબાર પ્રકાશિતનો વ્યવસાય કરતા હોય તેઓના દૈનિક અખબારમાં રાજ્ય સરકારની ડિસ્પ્લે જાહેર ખબરો પ્રકાશિત કરવા જાહેર ખબરની પેનલ પરની અરજીના રીન્યુઅલ માટેની કાર્યવાહી કરવાના અવેજપેટે આરોપી નં.(1) અને (2) નાઓએ એકબીજાના મેળપીપણામાં ફરીયાદી સાથે હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત કરી કુલ રૂ.5,40,૦૦૦/-ની લાંચની માગણી કરેલ અને આ પૈકીની અડધી રકમ રૂ.2,70,૦૦૦/- લાંચની રકમ પ્રથમ હપ્તા તરીકે માંગણી કરેલ હોય, આ લાંચનાં રૂા.2,70,૦૦૦/- ફરિયાદીનાઓ આરોપીઓને આપવા માંગતા ન હોય,
જેથી, ફરીયાદીશ્રીએ એ.સી.બી.નો સંપર્ક કરી ફરીયાદ આપેલ. જે ફરીયાદીની ફરીયાદના આધારે આજ રોજ લાંચના છટકાનુ આયોજન કરતા આરોપી નં.(1) તથા (2) નાઓએ ફરીયાદી સાથે હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત કરી આરોપી નં.(1)ના કહેવાથી આરોપી નં. (2) નાએ રૂ.2,70,૦૦૦/- ની લાંચની રકમ સ્વીકારી ઉપરોકત બન્ને આરોપીઓ એકબીજાની મદદગારીમાં ગુનો આચરેલ હોય, બન્ને આરોપીઓને એ.સી.બી.એ ડીટેઇન કરી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરેલ છે.

    1988 ൽ ജർമനിയിൽ നടന്ന ലോകർബി ബോംബാക്രമണത്തിലെ പങ്കിനെ കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കാൻ അന്നത്തെ ജർമൻ രഹസ്യാന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ ഉടൻ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്‌തേക്കും.
    കിഴക്കൻ ജർമനിയിലെ രഹസ്യ പോലീസ് വിഭാഗം സ്റ്റാസിയിലെ പഴയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചായിരിക്കും ഇനിയുള്ള അന്വേഷണം. 1988 ലാണ് ലോകത്തെ നടുക്കിയ ബോംബാക്രമണം നടക്കുന്നത്. പാൻ am 103 എന്ന ട്രാൻസ്അറ്റ്ലാന്റിക്ക് വിമാനം സ്കോട്ലൻഡിനു മുകളിലെത്തിയപ്പോഴായിരുന്നു ബോംബാക്രമണം നടന്നത്. ഫ്ളൈറ്റിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന യാത്രക്കാരും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും ഉൾപ്പടെ 270 പേരാണ് ബോംബാക്രമണത്തിൽ അന്ന് മരിച്ചത്.അപകടം നടന്ന് വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം 2001ൽ അന്നത്തെ എയർപോർട്ട് സുരക്ഷാ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ ബോംബാക്രമണത്തിന്റെ സൂത്രധാരനെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തി അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.അബ്ദെൽബസത് അൽ മെഗ്രാഹിയെന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത് . ലിബിയയിൽ നിന്നും ഇയാൾ ഒറ്റയ്ക്കായിരിക്കില്ല ഇത്രയും വലിയ ബോംബാക്രമണം നടത്തിയതെന്ന് അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക് അപ്പോൾ മുതൽ തന്നെ സംശയമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എങ്കിലും ഇതിനു പിന്നിലുള്ള മറ്റ് ആളുകളെ കണ്ടെത്താൻ സാധിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. വർഷങ്ങൾക്കു ശേഷം ഇപ്പോഴാണ് അന്നത്തെ ജർമൻ രഹസ്യാന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പങ്കിനെകുറിച്ചറിയാൻ പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണം നടത്താൻ ഒരുങ്ങുന്നത്.വിരമിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ തേടിയാണ് തങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത നീക്കമെന്ന് ബോംബാക്രമണത്തെ കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന ക്രൗൺ ഓഫീസ് ചില മാധ്യമങ്ങളോട് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതായി ദി ഗാർഡിയൻ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നു. അന്നത്തെ രഹസ്യാന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെല്ലാം ഇന്ന് ജർമനിയുടെ പല ഭാഗങ്ങളിലായതിനാൽ പുറത്തുനിന്നുള്ള ചില വിദഗ്ധ സഹായങ്ങളും തേടാൻ പദ്ധതിയിടുന്നുണ്ട്. സുരക്ഷാ പ്രശ്ങ്ങളുള്ളതിനാൽ കേസിന്റെ മറ്റ് വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ സർക്കാർ പുറത്ത് വിട്ടിട്ടില്ല.ലിബിയ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചുള്ള അന്വേഷണങ്ങളും ഊര്‍ജ്ജിതമാക്കുമെന്ന് ജർമനിയിലെ ചില പ്രാദേശിക പത്രങ്ങൾ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. വിരമിച്ച ഭൂരിഭാഗം ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും താമസിക്കുന്ന ബെർലിൻ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചായിരിക്കും അന്വേഷണത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ ഘട്ടം എന്നാണ് പലരും അനുമാനിക്കുന്നത്.2009 ൽ സ്വാതന്ത്രനാക്കപ്പെട്ട മെഗ്രാഹി 2012 ൽ അർബുദം മൂലം മരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

    ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലെ പൊതുതെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അധികജോലി ചെയ്യേണ്ടിവന്നതിനെ തുടർന്ന്‌ 272 തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ‌് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ മരിച്ചു.1878 പേർ വിവിധ അസുഖങ്ങൾ ബാധിച്ച‌് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ചികിത്സയിലാണെന്നും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ‌് കമീഷൻ വക്താവ‌് ആരിഫ‌് പ്രിയോ സുസാന്റോ അറിയിച്ചു.ലോകത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഏകദിന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പാണ‌് ഇന്തോനേഷ്യയിലേത‌്. ചെലവ‌് ചുരുക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി പ്രസിഡന്റ്, വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ്, നിയമനിർമാണ സഭയിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രതിനിധികൾ തുടങ്ങിയ അഞ്ച് വോട്ടെടുപ്പുകളും ഒറ്റഘട്ടമായാണ‌് നടന്നത‌്. 19 കോടി വോട്ടർമാരാണ‌് ബാലറ്റിലുടെ സമ്മതിദാനാവകാശം വിനിയോഗിച്ചത‌്.ബാലറ്റിലൂടെയുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പായതിനാൽ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്ക‌് വിശ്രമിക്കാനോ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാനോ സമയം ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. ഇതേ തുടർന്ന‌് ഏപ്രിൽ 17ന‌് ശേഷം അതിക്ഷീണം കാരണം തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ‌് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരിലധികം പേരെയും ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.ആശുപത്രിയിലുള്ള മുഴുവൻ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും ചികിത്സാചെലവ‌് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ‌് വഹിക്കുമെന്നും മരിച്ചവരുടെ കുടുംബത്തിനുള്ള നഷ‌്ടപരിഹാര തുക ധനകാര്യവകുപ്പ‌് ഉടൻ തീരുമാനത്തിലെത്തുമെന്നും സുസാന്റോ പറഞ്ഞു.നിലവിലെ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ജോകോ വിദോദോയും റിട്ടേര്‍ഡ് ജനറല്‍ പ്രഭോവോ സുബിയന്റോയും തമ്മിലാണ് പ്രധാന മത്സരം. വോട്ടെണ്ണൽ ആരംഭിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഫലപ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിനായി മെയ‌് 22 വരെ കാത്തിരിക്കണം,
