આરોપી : (1) પરમાર કવસિંગભાઇ જાલાભાઈ સહાયક માહિતી નિયામક વર્ગ-2, પ્રાદેશિક માહિતી કચેરી, નાનપુરા, સુરત
(2) સતિષભાઈ દયારામ જાદવ જુનિયર કલાર્ક વર્ગ-3, પ્રાદેશિક માહિતી કચેરી, નાનપુરા, સુરત

આ કામના ફરિયાદીઓએ દૈનિક અખબાર પ્રકાશિતનો વ્યવસાય કરતા હોય તેઓના દૈનિક અખબારમાં રાજ્ય સરકારની ડિસ્પ્લે જાહેર ખબરો પ્રકાશિત કરવા જાહેર ખબરની પેનલ પરની અરજીના રીન્યુઅલ માટેની કાર્યવાહી કરવાના અવેજપેટે આરોપી નં.(1) અને (2) નાઓએ એકબીજાના મેળપીપણામાં ફરીયાદી સાથે હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત કરી કુલ રૂ.5,40,૦૦૦/-ની લાંચની માગણી કરેલ અને આ પૈકીની અડધી રકમ રૂ.2,70,૦૦૦/- લાંચની રકમ પ્રથમ હપ્તા તરીકે માંગણી કરેલ હોય, આ લાંચનાં રૂા.2,70,૦૦૦/- ફરિયાદીનાઓ આરોપીઓને આપવા માંગતા ન હોય,
જેથી, ફરીયાદીશ્રીએ એ.સી.બી.નો સંપર્ક કરી ફરીયાદ આપેલ. જે ફરીયાદીની ફરીયાદના આધારે આજ રોજ લાંચના છટકાનુ આયોજન કરતા આરોપી નં.(1) તથા (2) નાઓએ ફરીયાદી સાથે હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત કરી આરોપી નં.(1)ના કહેવાથી આરોપી નં. (2) નાએ રૂ.2,70,૦૦૦/- ની લાંચની રકમ સ્વીકારી ઉપરોકત બન્ને આરોપીઓ એકબીજાની મદદગારીમાં ગુનો આચરેલ હોય, બન્ને આરોપીઓને એ.સી.બી.એ ડીટેઇન કરી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરેલ છે.

    പ്രചാരത്തില്‍ ഒന്നാമനായ ഫേസ്ബുക്കില്‍ 127 കോടി വ്യാജ അക്കൗണ്ടുകളുണ്ടെന്നാണ് കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.മൂന്നാം പാദ വരുമാനം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനൊപ്പമാണ് വ്യാജ അക്കൗണ്ടുകളെ കുറിച്ചും വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
    മുമ്പ് കണക്കുകൂട്ടിയതിനെക്കാള്‍ പതിനായിരക്കണക്കിന് അധിക വ്യാജ പ്രൊഫൈലുകളാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത്
    2.1 ബില്യണ്‍ വരുന്ന 2017 മൂന്നാം പാദ പ്രതിമാസ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളില്‍ 2 മുതല്‍ 3 ശതമാനം വരെ യൂസര്‍ മിസ്‌ക്ലാസിഫൈഡ് വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടതായിരുന്നുവെന്ന ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് പറയുന്നു.ജൂലായില്‍ നടത്തിയ പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനത്തില്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ട 1 ശതമാനം അക്കൗണ്ടുകള്‍ മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാകൂഎന്നാണ് കണക്കാക്കിയിരുന്നത്.ഈ അക്കൗണ്ടുകളില്‍ 10 ശതമാനം യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ ഡൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ആണ്.ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാല് 2.1 ബില്യണ്‍ പ്രതിമാസ ഉപഭോക്താക്കളില്‍ 13 ശതമാനം പേര്‍ നിയമാനുസൃതമല്ലാത്തവരാണ്
