कोरोना काल में क्लासेज नहीं चलने के बावजूद स्कूलों द्वारा अभिभावकों से पूरी फीस वसूले जाने के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को बेहद अहम फैसला सुनाया है. हाईकोर्ट ने कोरोना काल में ली गई 15 फीसदी फीस को माफ करने का स्कूलों को आदेश दिया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि उनका यह आदेश साल 2020- 21 के सेशन में ली गई फीस पर लागू होगा. कोर्ट के इस आदेश के तहत अगले 2 महीने में स्कूलों को सेशन 2020-21 में अभिभावकों से ली गई फीस को अगली फीस में एडजस्ट करना होगा. और जो बच्चे स्कूल छोड़ चुके हैं उनके अभिभावकों को फीस वापस करनी होगी.
