Twenty-six-year-old Brendan Marrocco was the first soldier to survive losing all four limbs in the Iraq War, and doctors revealed Monday that he received a double-arm transplant on December 18 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

    സ്പിരിഡോവിന്റെ തല ആരോഗ്യമുള്ള മറ്റൊരു ഉടലിലേക്ക് വെച്ചുപിടിപ്പിക്കും.36 മണിക്കൂര്‍ നീളുന്ന ശസ്ത്രക്രിയയിലൂടെ ശരീരദാതാവിന്‍െയും സ്പിരിഡോവിന്റെയും കഴുത്ത് ഒരെ സമയം മൂര്‍ച്ചയേറിയ ബ്ലേഡ് കൊണ്ട് മുറിച്ച് പോളി എഥിലീന്‍ ഗ്ലൈക്കോള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഒട്ടിക്കുകയാണ് ആദ്യഘട്ടം.ശരീരവുമായി ചേരുന്നത് വരെ കോമ,വൈദ്യുതാഘാതം മേല്‍പ്പിക്കല്‍ തുടങ്ങി ഒരുപാട് രീതികള്‍ക്കു സ്പിരിഡോവ് വിധേയനാകേണ്ടിവരും
