जिल्हा व तालुका उपनिबंधक यांना दिले निवेदन .
अहमदनगर (प्रतिनिधी) : वसंत टेकडी येथील शिलाविहार परिसरात नव्याने उभे रहात असलेल्या रिद्धी सिद्धी स्काय अपार्टमेंटच्या बांधकामास या भागातील श्रेयस स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया एम्प्लॉईज को ऑपरेटिव्ह हौसिंग सोसायटी लिमिटेड च्या सदस्यांनी विरोध केला आहे. सोसायटीची रीतसर परवानगी न घेता येथील प्लॉटचे दोन वेळा हस्तांतरण आणि विक्री केलीच कशी तसेच या सोसायटीच्या घटनेत एक टुमदार बंगलोची बंदिस्त कॉलनी करण्याचे नमूद असताना तसेच सोसायटीच्या मालकीच्या जागेचा व्यावसायिक वापर करण्यास परवानगी नसताना पालिका अधिकारी तसेच प्रशासकीय अधिकाऱ्यांना हाताशी धरून जागा खरेदी विक्रीचा व्यवहार झालाच कसा ? हा व्यवहार तात्काळ रद्द करून त्या ठिकाणी सुरु असलेले बांधकाम बंद करण्याची मागणी रहिवाशांनी केली आहे याबाबतचे निवेदन त्यांनी स्थानिक माजी नगरसेवक निखिल वारे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली जिल्हा उपनिबंधक गणेश पुरी आणि तालुका उपनिबंधक रत्नाळे यांना दिले आहे. यावेळी सोसायटीचे सेक्रेटरी स्नेहल कुलकर्णी, तसेच सदस्य व रहिवासी सौ. सुखदा कुलकर्णी, भूपाली निसळ,विजया निसळ, नितीन थाडे, दिपक थाडे, मंजु थाडे , दत्तप्रसाद थिटे ,मंगल बल्लाळ, रमाकांत बल्लाळ, निलेश भालेराव, अपूर्वा कस्तुरे, अमित कस्तुरे, मनोज कोलते आदी उपस्थित होते.
उपनिबंधक श्री. रत्नाळे यांनी याबाबत त्वरित माहिती घेऊन आणि कायदेशीर बाबी तपासून संबंधितांना नोटिसा काढून सोसायटीच्या रहिवाशांवर होणारा अन्याय दूर केला जाईल असे आश्वासन दिले तसेच याबाबत संबंधितांनी रीतसर न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल करून न्याय्य हक्कासाठी लढा देण्याबाबत मार्गदर्शन देखील त्यांनी केले. वसंत टेकडी शिलाविहार परिसरात वीर सावरकर मार्गावर श्रेयस स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया कर्मचारी सहकारी गृहनिर्माण सोसायटी असून सन १९७० ही सोसायटी कार्यरत आहे. या सोसायटीतील तब्बल २९०० स्क्वेअर फुटाचा प्लॉट क्रमांक १०/११/६ हा मूळ जागा मालक चंद्रकांत गुजराथी यांनी सोसायटीची कोणतीही परवानगी न घेता राजू गागरे, सौ.पांडव व सौ. साव यांना विकला. त्यावेळी
