#News#Gopan#India മുതിര്‍ന്ന മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ ഗോപിനാഥന്‍ നായര്‍ അന്തരിച്ചു. മുൻ ആകാശവാണി വാർത്താ അവതാരകനായിരുന്നു. ഡല്‍ഹി മഹ്റൌളിയിലെ ബത്ര ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ വെച്ച്‌ ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി എട്ടരയോടെയായിരുന്നു അന്ത്യം. മുന്‍ ആകാശവാണി വാര്‍ത്താ അവതാരകനായിരുന്നു ഗോപിനാഥന്‍ നായര്‍. എഴുപത്തൊമ്ബത് വയസ്സായിരുന്നു.സംസ്കാരച്ചടങ്ങുകള്‍ നാളെ ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ നടക്കും. തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്വദേശിയാണ്.പുകവലിക്കെതിരായ പരസ്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ നിരവധി കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരസ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഗോപന്‍ ശബ്ദം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.നേരിട്ട് കണ്ടിട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്കു പോലും സ്വരം കൊണ്ട് ചിരപരിചിതന്‍.നിരവധി ചരിത്രസംഭവങ്ങള്‍ റേഡിയോ വാര്‍ത്തയിലൂടെ കേരളത്തെ അറിയിച്ച ആള്‍.പക്ഷേ,പുതു തലമുറ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നത് ശ്വാസ കോശം സ്പോഞ്ച് പോലെയാണ് എന്ന പരസ്യത്തിലൂടെയാണ് . ചലച്ചിത്രങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനു മുമ്പ് പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന ന്യൂസ് റീലുകളിൽ ഗോപന്റെ ശബ്ദമായിരുന്നു ഏറെയും. "ഈ നഗരത്തിനിത് എന്ത് പറ്റി?, ചിലയിടത്ത് ചാരം, ചിലയിടത്ത് പുക, എന്താ ആരും ഒന്നും പറയാത്തത്?. ശ്വാസകോശം സ്പോഞ്ച് പോലെയാണ്. എന്ന പുകയില വിരുദ്ധ പരസ്യത്തിലൂടെ കേൾവിക്കാരെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ ശബ്ദം.പുകവലി പരസ്യത്തിലൂടെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഗോപന്‍ നന്നായി പുക വലിച്ചിരുന്ന കാലമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 1958ല്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജില്‍ പഠിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയതാണ് ദുശ്ശീലം.ഒടുവില്‍ 1993 ല്‍ ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ കിടക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് 33 വര്‍ഷത്തെ ശീലം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത് . ചെറിയ ദേഹാസ്വാസ്ഥ്യം വന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പോയി പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് ഹൃദയത്തില്‍ മൂന്ന് ബ്ലോക്ക് കണ്ടെത്തിയത് . ഓപ്പണ്‍ ഹാര്‍ട്ട് സര്‍ജറിയായിരുന്നു.ആശുപത്രി വിട്ടതും പുകവലി നിർത്തുകയായിരുന്നു . ആകാശവാണി മലയാളികളുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്ന കാലത്ത് താരപരിവേഷമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഗോപൻ വാർത്താ വായനയ്ക്ക് സ്വന്തമായ ശൈലിയും അവതരണ രീതിയും രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു. മലയാളത്തിലെ വിഖ്യാത ചരിത്രാഖ്യായികാകാരൻ സി.വി. രാമൻ പിള്ളയുടെ ചെറുമകനാണ്. അടൂര്‍ഭാസിയും ഇ.വി.കൃഷ്ണപിള്ളയും ഉറ്റ ബന്ധുക്കളാണ് . തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ റോസ്ക്കോട്ട് കുടുംബാംഗമായ ഗോപൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളജിൽ നിന്ന് ചരിത്രത്തിൽ എംഎ ബിരുദം നേടി .എം എ പഠിച്ചിറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ ചരിത്രാധ്യാപകനാകാനായിരുന്ന
