    *पिछले जून महीने से 48 पंचायत, के 481 गांवों के लगभग 71,480 चूल्हा मतलब घरों के प्रमुखों से संवाद स्थापित करने का काम आपके बेटा ने किया है, निष्कर्ष 5 सालों में सिल्ली के लोगों का विश्वास को कुचलने का काम हुआ है ऐसे नेतृत्व को बदलने का समय आ गया है, सिल्ली मेरे विचारों की जननी है, और मेरे प्रयोगों का आधार भी, नेता माहौल बना सकता है और वोट तो सिर्फ कार्यकर्ता ही दिलाता है, और जीत का श्रेय उन्हीं को जाता है, पर इस बार ये काम सिल्ली में आप सब(चूल्हा प्रमुख) करेंगे, इस बार पहले संगठन फिर गठबंधन, सिल्ली की बिल्डिंग ऐसा हो जिसमें पूरे झारखंड के लोड बर्दाश्त कर सके, आज शपथ ले जो दायित्व आपको मिलेगा उस दायित्व को निभाने में आप कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे, सिल्ली इसलिए अलग है क्योंकि यही मेरा अयोध्या है जहां आपलोगों ने मुझे वनवास देने का काम किए, जिसे मैंने सहृदय स्वीकार किया, हो सके इन 5 सालों में बहुतों का उद्धार होना था, नेता तो सिर्फ दिल्ली से आता है इस बार सिल्ली इसे बदलने का काम करेगा और सिल्ली अपना नेता ही नहीं अपना विचार भी देगा इस बार, बुद्धिजीवी मेरे मुख प्रचारक होगें, इसकी जिम्मेदारी यहां आए हुए 4 हजार बुद्धिजीवीयों को लेना होगा, एक दूसरे का सम्मान करिए, आजसू का विचारों को जन जन तक पहुँचाने का काम आपसबों को करना होगा, इसलिए अबकी बार गाँव की सरकार पार्टी के प्रवक्ता देवशरण भगत ने कहा की
