    മിനിമം ബാലന്‍സിന്റെ പേരില്‍ എസ്ബിഐ തട്ടിയെടുത്തത് 1771 കോടി അന്തംവിട്ട് ഉപയോക്താക്കള്‍


    എസ്.ബി.ടി അടക്കമുള്ള ബാങ്കുകളെ ലയിപ്പിച്ച് ഒന്നാക്കിയ എസ.ബി.ഐ ഉപഭോകെകളില്‍ നിന്ന്മിനിമം അക്കൗണ്ട് ബാലന്‍സ് ഇല്ലെന്ന കാരണത്താല്‍ നവംമ്പര്‍ വരെയുള്ള എട്ടുമാസം മാത്രം എസ.ബി.ഐ പിഴയായി ഈടാക്കിയത്1771 കോടി രൂപ! കഴിഞ്ഞ ഏപ്രില്‍ മുതലാണ് മിനിമം ബാലനസ് ഇല്ലാത്ത അക്കൗണ്ടുകളില്‍ നിന്ന്് പിഴിയീടാക്കാന്‍ എസ്.ബി.ഐ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്.നഗരങ്ങളില്‍ 3000 രൂപയാണ് മിനിമം ബാലന്‍സായി ബാങ്ക് നി്ശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നേരത്തെ ഇത് 5000 രൂപയായിരുന്നു. 2999 നും 1500നും ഇടയിലാണ് ബാല്ന്‍സെങ്കില്‍ 30 രൂപയാണ് പിഴയൊടുക്കേണ്ടത്. ഒപ്പം ജി എസ് ടി യുമുണ്ടാകും. മാസാവസാനം മിനിമം ബാലന്‍സ് 1499 ല്‍് താഴെയാണെങ്കില്‍ 40 രൂപയും 750 ല്‍ താഴെയായാല്‍ 50 രൂപയുമാണ് പിഴ. നഗര പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ മിനിമം ബാലന്‍സ് 2000 രൂപയും ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ 1000 രൂപയുമാണ്.പലപ്പോഴും മിനിമം ബാലന്‍സ് നിലിര്‍ത്താന്‍ കഴിയാതെ പോകുന്നത് പസാധആരണക്കാരായതിനാല്‍ ഇരയാകുന്നവരില്‍ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും ഈ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ളവാരാണ്. ജൂലായ്-സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ പാദത്തില്‍ എസ് ബി ഐ യുടെ അറ്റാദായത്തേക്കാള്‍ കൂടുതലാണ് പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ അക്കൗണ്ടില്‍ നിന്ന്് ഇങ്ങനെ പിഴയായി വസൂലാക്കിയ തുക. 42 കോടി അക്കൗണ്ടുകളാണ് എസ് ബി ഐ യ്ക്കുള്ളത്. 2320 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഇക്കാലയളവില്‍ രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ ബാങ്കുകളും ചേര്‍ന്ന് ഈയിനത്തില്‍ ഈടാക്കിയത്. രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്തുള്ളത് പഞ്ചാബ് നാഷണല്‍ ബാങ്കാണ്. 97.34 കോടിയാണ് ഈടാക്കിയത്.
