रिलायंस जियो को सिम प्रचार में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का फोटो इस्तेमाल करने पर जुर्माना भरना पड़ सकता है। इस बात की जानकारी सूचना-प्रसारण राज्यमंत्री राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौड़ ने एक लिखित में जवाब दे कर दी है। लेकिन जुर्माने की राशी सुनकर कर आप चौक जाएंगे, जी हां रिलायंस पर अगर जुर्माना लगता है तो उसे सिर्फ 500 रुपये का जुर्माना देना पड़ेगा। जी हां, आपने ठीक सुना सिर्फ 500 रुपये का जुर्माना। राष्ट्रीय प्रतीक चिह्नों और नामों के गलत इस्तेमाल को लेकर बने 1950 के कानून के तहत ये जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है। किसी निजी कंपनी के विज्ञापन में प्रधानमंत्री की तस्वीर छापे जाने को राजनीतिक दलों ने असंवैधानिक करार दिया था। इस मामले में अब सूचना-प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने सफाई दी है कि पीएमओ ने विज्ञापन में पीएम मोदी की फोटो इस्तेमाल करने को लेकर कोई इजाजत नहीं दी थी। हालांकि, रिलाइंस जियो ने अभी तक इस मामले पर कोई सफाई नहीं दी है। वहीं बता दें कि रिलायंस जियो के विज्ञापन में पीएम की तस्वीर छापे जाने का राजनीतिक दलों ने जमकर विरोध किया था। यहां आपको बता दे कि रिलांयस की तर्ज पर ही नोटबंदी के बाद पेटीयम ने भी कई अखबारों में पीएम मोदी की तस्वीर के साथ पेटीयम का ऐड दिया था।
ANC--तो अब पीएमओ ने साफ कर दिया है कि मंत्रालय से रिलायंस को कोई इजाजत नहीं दी गई थी। जिसके लिए रिलायंस को 500 रुपये जुर्माना भरना पड़ सकता है। अब यह समझ में नहीं आता कि यह जुर्माना है या फिर एक तरह से मजाक
