चंबा में मनोहर हत्याकांड मामले में लोगों का गुस्सा सातवें आसमान पर है। गुस्साई भीड़ ने सलूणी में आरोपी शब्बीर के घर को आग के हवाले कर किया। इसके साथ ही चंबा में धारा 144 लागू कर दी है। मनोहर मामले में बढ़ते सांप्रदायिक तनाव को देखते हुए प्रशासन की ओर से ये कदम उठाया गया है। प्रशासन की ओर से लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की गई है।डीसी अपूर्व देवगन ने आदेश जारी करके कहा कि कानून का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी।  समूचे इलाके को जोड़ने वाली सभी सड़कों पर पुलिस ने नाकेबंदी कर दी है।
