  • बैंक मैनजर की मनमानी, किसानों को खेती और बच्चो की पढ़ाई के लिए नही दे रहे है लोन

    यूपी के रामपुर में किसानों का लगातार शोषण हो रहा है, किसानों को सरकार द्वारा सहायता या लोन की वयवस्था की गई है पर बैंक के अधिकारी अपनी मनमानी दिखा कर किसानों का शोषण कर रहे है। यह हाल रामपुर की तहसील बिलासपुर के मानपुर ओझा गांव है जिसमे प्रथमा बैंक स्थापित है इस बैंक के मैनजर द्वारा किसानों को कृषि हेतु लोन नही देना और किसानो को परेशान करने जैसे आरोप लगे है। किसानो के कहना है कि उन्होंने धान की फसल खेत मे लगा रखी है जिसमे कीटनाशक वगेरा आदि दवाइयों का छिड़काव होना है अगर नही किया गया तो फसल बर्बाद हो जाएगी, में रोज़ बैंक आ रहा हु पर बैंक मैनेजर मुझे आधारकार्ड पैन कार्ड मांग कर मुझे रोज़ टेला रहे है, मेने सारे डोकोमेंटड भी दे दिए इसके बावजूद बैंक मैनेजर लोन नही दे रहा है।वहीँ एक किसान अपने बच्चे की पढ़ाई के लिए लोन ले रहा है उसको भी बैंक मेंजेजर टालमटोल रहा है। यह हाल उस विधान सभा का है जहाँ के विधायक ओर वर्तमान में राज्यमंत्री बलदेव सिंह ओलख है।वहीँ मानपुर ओझा गांव के प्रथमा बैंक मैनेजर सैलशा कुमार सक्सेना ने बताया कि सरकार की योजना के तहत किसानो को लोन दिया जा रहा है, जो भी किसान हमारे पास आ रहा है उनको लोन दिया जा रहा है। यह जो किसान शिकायत कर रहे है इनका लोन भी तैयार है बस कुछ डोकोमेंट्स लिए जा रहे है उसके बाद इन्हें लोन दे दिया जाएगा। शिक्षा वाला लोन पूरी पड़ताल व डोकोमेंट्स चेक कर दिया जाता है। जो भी आरोप मेरे ऊपर लगाए गए है वो गलत है।बरहाल बैंक मैनजर कितना सच बोल रहे है यह बैंक में खड़े किसानों से लग रहा है मीडिया को देखते ही बैंक मैनजर ने उल्टा पाहड़ा पड़ना शुरू कर दिया। अगर किसानो के समय से लोन हो जाता तो किसान किउ शिकायत करते।
