The husband is blind in both eyes and the wife is handicapped. The household expenses are met only by government pension. Veer Singh's 28 year old son Pritam Chand is a resident of village Sari Tehsil Sainj District Kullu. He is blind since childhood and his wife is also handicapped. Both husband and wife somehow manage to survive. But a few days ago he was having severe cough and stomach ache. Due to which the doctor admitted him to the hospital. Both husband and wife do not have a health card due to which they are facing financial problems in getting their tests and medicines. The doctor is giving them injections. The daily expense of which is approximately between 1800 to 2000. The family is struggling with the financial situation. Meanwhile, an NGO traced them in the hospital and the volunteers of the organization are helping them with medicines, injections and other necessary expenses.
